Had this for 3 years now and its ok in the dry sections. But once it gets wet , it is a little slippery and sometimes unpredictable. Just a good overall tire.

2000 miles in and plenty of wet weather, I am still happy with the Duro, especially for the price.

I ride a 2008 KLR650, 90% street 10% dirt. I replaced an Avon Gripster rear with this HF904. So far, I would rate the Gripster slightly higher on stability and cornering, equal in dry traction. I have yet to ride the Duro in wet weather, and it's too soon to rate the tread life. I'll post again in a few thousand miles; the Gripster lasted about 8,000 miles. For 40 dollars less, I'm happy with the Duro so far. It does give better traction in dirt and gravel than the Gripster, so it is just the tradeoff I was looking for.

I bought these and put about 300 miles of pavement on them before they chunked about every piece of tread. No wet condition traction.

The rear tire is a little wider and gives it a smooth ride. Great grip on the road in snow, rain and dry road conditions. Handles great on off-road conditions. Great price and great service! I received both tires two days early and then mounted them that day.
