Dramatically increased street cornering ability and confidence on dr650. We all know there is not a perfect dual sport tire, but for my mostly asphalt riding, this tire is fine by me. Not horribly slippery on wet grass like street tires can be. Good for mild dirt riding. About 1000 miles now and very minimal wear. It is hard to rate tread life when I have not wore it out yet! Considering buying one again in the future.

At first I was not sure being bike was new - once broke-in found they are very stable, predictable, and smooth on dry roads. Offroads were another story but speeds were reduced and psi was topped out after letting some air out they became more or less stable in offroad conditions. Be very aware before hand - your tire psi when you enter dirt sand rocky roads because, does make a huge difference how mine reacted DL1000ADV

As much as I'm curious to try others brands, I keep buying this tire as I'm very satisfied with its performance. In a heavy 7 hour downpour in the mountains of PA, they held fast and true on all the tight twisty curves. They're fine on gravel roads, I ride a lot of snowmobile trails in the summer, no problems. A word of caution though - mud is the enemy!

Amazingly, the choice for stock tires was so good I'm putting the same things on for the next round. 10,000 on the rear would be no problem at all for anyone not deliberately abusing them, and the front looks so good after 10k I can't bring myself to replace it yet... might make 20k?? Very comfortable and well behaved street feet.

Bought as replacement for my vstrom. I love these tires. They corners terrific. I am much more confident railing a corner. The rear tire was very fishy on a wet slow corner. It was during a fresh soft rain, so the loose tire could have been attributed more to oil on the road than the tire itself, however I will definitely be very cautious if I ride in the rain again.
Works well so far

I am coming back to the Trail Wing tire. My V-Strom has almost 40,000 miles and I have tried 4 brands of tires. The tire wears the best, near 10,000 miles. It is the best pavement tire, but not the best dirt tire. The Shinko 705 is the best dirt/gravel tire. But, the Shinko is the worst on the street, I never trusted the Shinko cornering. The Trail Wing is good in the dirt/gravel. I will continue to use the Trail Wing in the future.

I put these tires (front & rear) on my BMW R1200GS about a month ago. I've put about 2,500 miles on them and they seem really good. I've been off road (gravel & dry dirt) for about 60 miles and they did fine. They hold the corners at aggressive speeds with no loss of grip. I'm satisfied.
Seems good to me!!

I bought an F650 last year with about 7k miles on it and original tires, the TW152 on the rear and 101 on the Front. I put another 6k on those tires, and am now replacing the rear for a road-trip. I could probably get another 2k out of it though if I wanted too. I rode these tires from Alaskan spring in May, till October froze me out and never had a problem on pavement, dirt, gravel, or mud (just was very careful in mud ; ) ice was just asking too much I think... haha, it seems good to me.
