Pirelli MT 43 trials tire
I ride in AZ. and the trails are very rocky. The rocks are sharp edged. There is no dirt here, just sandwashes and gnarly single tracks. In ID. the trails are also very rocky. Traction is excellent on all surfaces except deep mud. Wear is far better than any knobby or trials tire. I got over 3,000 miles on it and it still has enough tread to climb any rocky hill. The knobs do not chunk or tear off. But they did on my Dunlop 803 and Michelin trials. I hammer the throttle very hard on all rides. Run about 9 psi if you are a fast stand-up rider, and 7 psi if your butt is on the seat most of the time. It makes gnarly rocky section go much easier. Excellent tire.
