MT 16
Replaced the rear maxxis SI with pirelli mt16 and found that the mt16 offered a lot more traction in the cornering department then the SI. So far very pleased with the pirelli.

Best tire I have ever used.
I tried this tire out on a Hare Scramble and it worked incredibly well. It grips like crazy on rock, mud, dirt, hard pack and everything else I throw at it. It is the best off-road tire I have ever used and I plan to continue racing with it. Highly recommended!

Pirelli MT 16 rear
Great, long lasting rear tire outlasts a Dunlap by a long shot. Good in the rocks and off camber hard pack. Best medium to hard pack tire out there. Don't waste your money on anything else.

Great tire, my favorite by far.
I've tried a bunch of different tires with varying degrees of success, including trials tires. The MT16 is by far the best rear tire I've ever used. Great durability, comparable with a Maxxis IT but with WAY better traction. This tire hooks up and throws roost like no other. Hill climbs are a breeze. Roots, rocks, mud, loam... you name it this tire rocks! I've been riding it on the street, even half worn out it still hooks up great. Like others have said, keep the PSI low for a good ride and better traction. I think I keep mine around 10psi.

Best Rear Tire I have Ever Ridin On
I ride a lot of different terrain variations in a single outing, (dirt, mud, gravel, rocks, and boulders) and it really handles all types very well. Also Very Durable. Rear tire lasted all year and a buddy of mine wants the used tire because it looks better than his 6 month old Kendra. Tip: Go with a heavy duty tube and run it on 11 PSI.

New England rock tire
I have yet to find a better tire for the rocks and roots of New England. I race every NETRA HS with it regardless of weather. It hooks up on anything except bottomless mud. The wet rock traction is comparable to a trials tire. You can run it as low as 6 psi without pinch flats due to stiff tall sidewalls. Use an ultra HD tube. Great wear too.
