chuck Oakland,  CA MaxxCross-IT A Great Tire This intermediate tire is everything you want from a tire. The grip isn't a fresh sticky race tire but is good and practical for real world riding. I'm putting it back on after chunking a Dunlop 952. A key feature is that it holds a square lead edge and endures great on dual sport rides and good grip. Hooks up great all around, & has improved the formulation too

Brent Cheyenne,  WY durable tread Mostly do mountain riding, sandy, hard pack, rocky type stuff and this tire has great bite. Not so impressed with the side knobs for corning though, need a more aggressive angle. Other than that, good tire for your money.

Bob Cashmere,  WY Maxxis-MaxxCross-IT M7305 Maxxis make a really good, do it all rear tire. Their front tire needs to go back to the drawing board. I'm gonna use the Dunlop D756 in front with the Maxxis in Rear. Good combo.

Paul Cumming,  GA Bullet-proof tires This is my second set of MaxxCross-IT for my Suzuki RMX 250. I will surely buy again when it comes time. I ride primarily in North Georgia tail systems. Terrain includes woods and hills with many rocks and hard-pack red clay. The previous set lasted me 1.5 seasons with about 500 miles. Still lots of tread on the old rear tire. The old front did start to chunk on the last rock run so thought it was time to replace them.

Diego Santee,  CA MaxxCross The best tire if you ride in a Baja/Desert type environment. And I'm not talking about dunes as desert, but the rocky, silty, and sandy stuff. These tires endured a season and a half of riding EVERY weekend. As far as durability is concerned, these are the only tires my bike ever sees, because frankly, everything else is crap. Traction is exemplary, unless you're riding behind somebody that has these tires, then, you're getting pelted with stones. And finally the cost, at 75 bucks installed, these are the cheapest tires out there. Maximum performance for minimum price is apparently the maxxis way, that is if you've sampled their other auto and street bike tires. So get these tires, please, pretty please?
