Product Description
Michelin S12 XC Soft-Intermediate Rear Tire

Every aspect of Michelins XC-Series tires has been designed to maximize traction. Now a new rubber mixture improves durability by 25 percent, and grip by 5 to 10 percent, compared with their predecessors. The aggressive, terrain specific knob patterns bite down hard while resisting chunking. The XC-series casing is designed to absorb impacts with less rebound, so the tires spend more time on the ground – for outstanding acceleration, braking and steering. The new S12 XC tire is highly versatile and excels in a variety of terrains.

  • New rubber compound improves durability by 25%
  • Aggressive shoulder knob design promotes cornering stability
  • Reinforced knobs help resist chunking
  • Soft to intermediate condition tire for motocross or off-road
  • Tall narrow knobs for mud penetration
  • Front knobs turned 45 degrees for mud evacuation
  • Used by the KTM off-road factory team

Greg Post Falls,  ID S12 XC The new S12 XC is just as good as the old S12, except it is more durable. It does weigh a little more than the old version, but it's worth it!

Dan ocean,  NJ Good tires, but like any soft compound they wear fast Good tires, but like any soft compound they wear fast. I have less than 100 miles on them and they dead hooked for the first 50 and have been progressively getting more wheelspin. I will flip it on the rim and change it after the next race.
