David North Bend,  OR Shinko 540 ms Tire Used it at sand dunes to replace a paddle tire. Worked really good on pure sand with not much wheel spin.. Mud works even better.. Pavement will tear it up though but it is not a road tire.

Greg Elk Grove,  CA Shinko 540 sand mud tire I bought this tire to go to Sand Mountain in Nevada. I could not believe how this tire hooked up in the fine sand. I was beating quads with paddle ties up the hills. Definitely worth the money if you are riding in sand.

Kyle Spark Mattapoisett,  MA serious hookup in mud and soft loam This tire means business in soft loam, mud, sand, roots and rocks. It's been pulling my heavy DR350 and I through seat high pudding mud and eating it up. Front tire will come up in any dirt now with this tire on the back. If you spin the wheel excessively you will chunk and break up the knobbies...slow down and use the clutch to grab and you will get out of most situations without getting off the bike!
