When we took last years off, Lots of dirt on the outside of the old one, inside looked clean.

Bike- '07 YZ250. Oil is NOT tacky enough. After spreading the excess oil that pooled up at the lowest point of the filter during storage and then installation, I found a pool of the green oil on the floor of my garage about two days later. It collected at the bottom of the filter and leaked out the bottom of the air box. Filter cage did not line up with the seams after the air filter bolt was installed. Not a clean fit like the Twin Air Brand.

I have two of these for each bike. When one needs a cleaning, I just swap in a new one, then clean the old one. You should leave a newly cleaned filter out for a day to dry. That's why I have a second filter always ready to go.
I'm always surprised at how quickly the dirty filter cleans up. The No Toil cleaner really does work well. Can't speak to performance, as I've only used these filters and the stock filters. Doesn't appear to be any gain or lost in horse power.

i was skeptical about this filter but, its actually a great product . filter comes ready to install and washes easily with kit. this as well as the filter maintenance kit is an awsome buy for any atv, dirt bike or utv. thanks

Love these filters. Inexpensive, pre-oiled. Can't go wrong. I wash these 3-4 times before I toss them and replace with new filters. Great way to keep up on maintenance on the cheap!

Open, install, ride away fast. For the price, no reason to not have a clean filter for your bike at all times.
