  • Black Ice incorporates the latest in thermal tuning technology. The product line includes a series of carbon fiber-based heat shields that provide a simple and inexpensive way to increase horsepower in your 4-stroke without major engine modifications.
  • Black Ice H/S is a line of carburetor heat shields available for your Big-Bore (and Pit-Bike). By shielding the carburetor from the hot mid-section of your header pipe, your carburetor will remain cooler providing more fuel through the same size jet
  • The combination of denser air and cooler fuel can therefore combine to generate more horsepower even in a stock engine.


    • Two of Team Subways’ Honda CRF450’s were measured at the end of the 1st 250cc moto at Southwick in 2004. The carburetor temps were over 200° F cooler with Black Ice H/S installed
