Looks good and in the end I am happy with it. It is a real pain to install on a DRZ400 with the screws that are supplied. After getting frustrated went and bought longer screws and was much easier to install.

This thing works really well, I've smacked it pretty hard a number of times and it held up. The fitting was the worst though, I had to drill four new hole on the bottom to get it to bolt up. If the fitting was correct I would give this product a 100% rating.

So I ordered this bad boy (actual product was made by e-line) and it fits great. On the yz450f it uses the 3 factory skid plate bolt holes for mounting. Super easy to install, looks great, and hopefully will be as tough as it looks. Only downside was price (what do you expect for a carbon composite material). As for durability only miles will tell. I rated this product all 5s even though it’s expensive and I can’t comment on durability yet. Would recommend this skid plate for sure!

Very good coverage. Light as to be expected. Has hole for oil drain plug but take only minutes to remove to clean, etc.

You'll need to fiddle with this thing to get it on. Start installation by securing with the right front clamp. Tape clamp to the frame tube like they say in the install notes. Leave it loose. Then go to the rear and thread the original plate bolt loose before finishing with the left front. Tighten everything. The oil hole does not line up but I've heard that most plates will need to come off for an oil change anyway. This one too. Once you get it on right, it fits like a glove. Very nice.
