The Boyesen Rad Valve is a great product, but the site needs to inform you that it needs to be milled down a few centimeters almost to the letter "B" on the Boyesen sticker. Otherwise it hits your cable clutch release when you pull the clutch ever and you get no movement. So just tell people this and you would be fine.

Huge throttle response improvement. Leans the mixtures out, but comes with carb tuning suggestions. No 2-stroke should be ridden without one. 2nd bike that I've bought this for and if I get another 2 stroke, I would buy it again.

The fit was a little off, so had to use the grinder/buffing wheel to shave just a little of the housing so it would fit, after that it was perfect. Did not need to re-jet. It gave the bike more bottom end torque and quicker throttle response. Very pleased with this upgrade.

This is the best aftermarket modification I have ever made. The power has increased immensely at all RPM ranges and is much more responsive (extremely snappy). I never expected it to make such a big difference and am still amazed. Highly recommended. Like some other reviews I have read, the power is almost "a bit much" for the woods...but that’s exactly the way I like it.
Worth every penny.

If you have a CR250R (or probably any 2 stroke these are designed for) you NEED this. I read for weaks about the case reed Honda CR250R motor, and many people agreed that the Rad Valve was a great solution for improving the bottom end response of the CR. They were right. I installed this with the Boyesen exhaust flange (I wish Motorcycle Superstore carried that as well) and the bike is amazing.

This valve is amazing especially for the 2 stroke. I can't tell you how much power it added. I can tell you one thing though if my rad valve ever goes out again I will definitely get this kind plus motorcycle superstore is very helpful and have pretty good prices

The Rad Valve lives up to what it claims. Careful though, I wouldn't try going leaner on the main like Boyesen says. I jumped 2 full richer & could even go more !
