I thought this product was great I had no trouble with it putting it on my Yamaha WR250 except the exhaust pipe rubs on my rear fender muffler guard so I had to put heating tape on the plastic but other than that it gives it a nice smooth power and sound especially after I had put the fmf jet kit installed I loved this product it fit great.

Ordered this exhaust came very fast. A snap to install. And wow power gains thought the whole power band. I also rejetted with I'd jetting kit. I don't know if it was the exhaust or the jetting but my bike rides amazing. Not to mention it sounds really nice too. I would totally recommend this exhaust.

This pipe is great, but beware on the 2010 kawasaki klx250s. Does not fit. The new passenger foot guard pushes the pipe into the air-box melting it. It will also melt your turn signal and fender. Very upset. What I ended up doing is placing a 3 inch extension lowering the exhaust to make clearance from the air-box and my turn signal. After that it worked fine. BEWARE OF THE FIT AND MAKE SURE THERE IS PLENTY OF CLEARANCE BEFORE STARTING THE BIKE.

PUT THE POWER CORE 4 ON MY 08 WR450F AND MY SONS 08 KLX140. EXCELLENT FIT ON BOTH BIKES. LOVE THE LOOK AND SOUND. GREAT POWER BENEFITS.
