Brian Woodruff Sparks,  NV FMF turbine core 2 I recently purchased the turbine core 2 silencers for my 05 yz 250 2 stroke and my sons yz 85. They bolted on nicely, with no problems on either bike. My son says his bike feels snappier with the new silencer on it and I would say that I have not lost any power at all. I actually thought that they would be quieter than what they are, my sons bike may even be louder than it was stock. Aside from the noise issue I am completely satisfied with the product and hopefully with the passage of time they will prove to be durable.

I have a 1972 Kawasaki F7 that I recently put a vintage Hooker expansion chamber on, way too loud for use in this police state, plus I needed a spark arrestor. Purchased the universal model, had to fabricate some bracketry of course but I am well pleased with this unit, really made the bike much more quiet, looks great too, won't be waking up cops in their cruisers anymore and no power loss ! Highly recommended

Moke Rock clarkston,  MI FMF - Turbine Core 2 Spark Arrestor Silencer All I was expecting was a spark arrestor to make the bike legal on the trails. What I got was a great looking, great fitting product that made the bike noticably quieter at all RPMs than the stock unit. Best of all It doesn't appear to have reduced the power in any way. I have competitors products on my other bikes and like the FMF unit best of all. I have only had the unit for a month so I can't comment on the durability. I dont expect any issues.

Scott Hill WILDOMAR,  CA Does what it's supposed to I like this spark arrestor, but feel it does have some drawbacks for the bike I bought it for. I bought it for an RM85. I had a really difficult time getting it to slide onto the end of the pipe. Even after sanding down the excess carbon build up I ended up having to use a hammer to make it go on. It is also twice the length of the stock exhaust which causes it to stick out further than is safe in my opinion. It is so long that I feel like the right crash would easily break the pipe off or the very least the bracket holding the pipe on. I am pretty sure this would only be an issue on smaller bikes like an 85 or 65. Adding this pipe did not affect performance at all.

Patrick T. Ellensburg,  WA Best woods exhaust This silencer is really worth buying. There is no power differences between it and the PowerCore2. I ran the both on my 1997 YZ250. I ride dunes, woods and logging roads and it works every where. Since its USFS spark arrested it makes you leagal to ride every where. It is totally worth buying if you want a MX performance silencer with a spark arrestor than this it. But if you ride in places that are sound sensitive this is not the silencer it has the same sound rating as the PowerCore2. It is really easy to repack and the turbine inside the silencer is miantence free. See you on the trial, at the dunes, on the logging roads.
