These pipes feature a billet end cap carved from solid aluminum block, thin-wall stainless header and heat shield, and our exclusive D-Section design for increased tire clearance and packing volume. The BBR D-Section has put more racers on the podium than any other mini-bike exhaust system on the market.

• Torque Header- This exhaust system comes with the standard D-section muffler with a header that is specifically made to produce a hard hitting bottom end.



• Race Header- This exhaust system comes with the standard D-section muffler with a header that is specifically made to create power in the high RPM’s



• Combo- This exhaust system comes with the standard D-section muffler and both the torque and race header.
