Fitted to 09 yz250f, fits/looks great, a little louder than stock. Install ~ 20 minutes; drill out existing rivets w/ 3/8" drill bit, pop old end cap off, pop the new end cap on with hi-temp sealant, re-rivet, lock-tight screws that hold blue end cap on and you're done. You will need a rivet gun.

Super easy for installation. Took about 20 min if you have the right tools (rivet gun and good drill bit).Very easy to clean spark arrestor which is very nice for maintenance.

Works great and looks good
I put this on my CRF150R so I could use my bike on vacation for the forest service trails. It is well made and does what it is supposed to. The install was a little more involved than expected but if you have average to good mechanical ability you should be able to do fine. You have to do a little drilling and hacksawing. But the product fits nice and it is worth it.

The best thing I could have done, the installation was as simple as unbolting my old end cap and bolting the new one on. The sounds is awesome, it is deeper and throatier then the stock and cap. I had it db and Dyno tested and it lost less than .4 hp with the spark arrestor installed and it was only putting out 94 db. To top it off it was less than half as much as the cheapest spark arrested muffler on the market!

I love this end cap. I installed it on my CRF450r. It’s a lot cheaper than an aftermarket slip on with a spark arrestor. It’s very simple to take out and add the spark arrestor on the fly depending on where you’re riding. It gives the bike a deep throaty sound that makes everyone look when you give it some throttle.

Enodo Spark Arrestor End Cap
Very good product, much cheaper than new slip-ons. Added ultra silent inserts, running about 94 to 96bd +/-. Recommend repacking with moose inserts before assembling, stock packing from Honda pretty poor. I personally don't recommend using sealant when assembling, makes it difficult to take apart in the future. Fit is pretty snug in can.
