This fit my 2000 YZ250 with no problems. It stopped the rattling I was getting with the worn out unit that was on the bike when I bought it. Have three rides on it and seems to be holding up.

The fit was great, easy to install and seemed to work great. The only issue was that with the KTM 50 tooth sprocket the nubs that hold the steel to the aluminum rubbed a little. But that took care of itself after one short test ride. Worked great.

I messed up and bought an MSR swing arm chain rub plate for my 125... Lesson learned. Go with Acerbis. Much better quality. Simple fact is they specialize in plastics, not whatever they think they can make a buck on... This piece was perfect. So nice I felt kinda bad trimming it to fit my (slightly) bent mount with a razor blade.
