I would recommend this Sprocket to anyone. I got the sprocket and RK chain kit. The bike is extremely quicker. VERY noticeable, I've been checking the chain to see if it needs tightening (I ride almost every day) and it's still fairly tight. I might only clean it this weekend and look to tighten it next month, maybe? If you are looking to swap out your chain or your sprocket, this is the kit to get.
