I really like this sprocket. The contour of the teeth and groove are very smooth which I think will extend the life of the chain - reducing wear and drag. I just cleaned my chain on another bike that has a typical "flat" front sprocket. I had recently replaced both sprockets and the o-ring chain. You can already see heavy wear on the sides of the front sprocket which is causing drag and chain wear. I wish I would have gotten this sprocket for this bike as well.
