Part does not fit. Slot in handlebar mounting bracket measures 3/16". This part is 3/8" at the portion to fit in that slot. Grinding wheel made it fit. Other than that, part is very nicely made and looks like OEM.

I have not installed it yet. The stock lever is wearing where the cable attaches. This appears to be a good match for my KLR 650 and I have it and a new cable as a backup.

The lever looked ok and functioned ok. I went to mildly bend it to get a better grip and it snapped in half. Never had this problem with the OEM levers. Fine for use unless you want to modify it.
