Jon Crested Butte,  CO Acerbis large capacity Fuel Tank I thought I would need this on my 07 RMZ 250 but in the week before It arrived I was able to get 80+ miles out of my stock tank. I think a 2.5 gallon size would be much more practical then a 3.0 for a 250f. I ride fast and don’t like to stop much but I don’t think there are enough hours in a day to run this thing out. I have ended up being the tanker for all my buddies that are too cheap to buy a big tank-the benefit being I don’t feel bad drinking their beer at the end of the day.

jrjohnson bentonville,  AR Awesome tank that fits like a glove As normal with Acerbis, fit is awesome. Plus the extra fuel this one carries allows most of the day to ride, not to keep filling the tank. Also, unlike some of the other tanks, this one still allows you to easily move forward and back without a problem

john kropuenske ridgway,  CO Acerbis gas tank I am generally pleased with this product; however it does have a couple of issues. First the tank is not drilled for the stock petcock which has a reserve. Second the top mounting holes/inserts for side covers are not angled properly. I was able to re-drill tank for petcock with no problems or leaks. I was also able to re-tap the threaded inserts at the proper angle and use longer screws for the side covers. I am happy to have greater fuel capacity for my KLX450R, but find it puzzling how these details were missed, maybe the Euro model differs from the US version.
