    Slanted Saddle Bags

Purchased bags not a good fit for my 750 Honda Shadow. I have the large bags which were suggested.

    Great upgrade to my motorcycle

These bags are heavy duty and look great with my 2009 vulcan 900 classic. Many adjustable settings to fit any motorcycle rear end. Great rigid bodies, but definitely suggest saddle bag brackets to keep from swinging into rear wheel.

    highwayman bags

The bags fit good. Thought the yokes were zip offs not sown on and thought they would be bigger.

    DO NOT BUY

Terrible quality - lasted for about 1/2 of a summer (bought them last spring), until A- the faux-leather warped in the sun (I store my bike uncovered, and it's in the sun all day at work), making the tops into a weird little wave, and B- the straps, which are the same vinyl pleather, started to crack and come apart. Terrible waste of money.

    Nice Bags

These bags are nice, very sturdy and they close securely. I did have to alter the way the bag mounted to my TU250X as the strings it came with did not hold it as I wanted. The construction and size are great. I can fit sneakers and my lunch with a little room to spare in one of the bags. I would recommend this item but be mindful you might have to be creative with the mounting.

    Not worth the money

I am not an opponent of faux-leather, but these bags are cheap - not yet 6 months in, and mine are warped, the straps are cracking, and the fit hasn't been right since day one (on an "approved" fit bike - Yama 650 Vstar). Save up some more dough for real leather ones.

    saddleman luggage

These bags were cheap and I should have known better. The straps started cracking after 2 weeks of daily use, 4 weeks later the stitching started to give way and after 4 months they are no use at all. Complete rubbish obviously meant for show use only..........

pretty good especially for the price

I bought these for a honda shadow aero 750 2007. I got a large and had no problem with clearance of my pipes even after a v&h upgrade. They are pretty stiff and seem like they will last at least a good couple of seasons. The can hold a decent amount of stuff. I use them to carry extra clothes and lunches to work. No relocation needed.

    Saddleman bags

Fit bike with no problem. Front of bag’s a little flimsy but not bad. I would recommend them to a friend.

    So far, so good

Just installed a size Large on an '06 Honda Shadow Aero 750 equipped with cobra bag supports. Can't comment yet on durability, but the construction seems good. The fit and look of this size on this bike are good. The bags hold their shape well, and will accommodate a surprising amount of stuff. Velcro on the end flaps of the box lid provides some redundancy with the straps, but makes opening and closing a bit awkward. As others have pointed out, installation requires a bit of fussing- common for throw bags- as well as some plastic ties. A functional, no-frills, classic looking set of bags at a good price.

    Nice

I really like the saddlebags a lot. It sure is better than a backpack to put my stuff in. They fit my honda 750 shadow really good and they look good too.

    Motorcycle Superstore is GREAT

Motorcycle Superstore has a great selection of accessories. It was really easy to see lots of products at one site. And, the price was the lowest I found. Saddlemen on the other hand, was not nice to deal with. The medium slant highwayman is great looking. It was the recommended saddlebag for the Yamaha 250, on Saddlemen's fitment chart. Saddlemen tech looked it up and told me that supports should be used. The 250 has no way to install supports. I explained the fitment problem. The tech replied that a little creativity would go a long way and to return the bags if I didn't want them. There was only one way to get them on the bike (without the rear seat.) They work, but don't look "fitted" for the bike. Additionally, they catch a LOT of wind; 55mph is doable, barely. If I had a do-over, I'd get a bag that fits behind the driver, for this bike. But, I'd buy it from MCS :>).

    Saddlebags

The bags are really nice. I originally thought about buying the smaller size but I am glad I went larger. They look real good on my Vulcan 900. Installation was a bit of a challenge. With some tweaking I think we got it right. I was surprised at how archaic the installation was for saddlebags that were not factory installed. It really is just a matter of tying them on. Anyway - for the price I am very happy and will buy from you again.
