Third time I bought these tires

This is the third time I bought a Shinko tires and they have been great. They last and ride good and no trouble with them.

Don't think you're getting an inferior tire.

When I bought this tire for my 1500 Vulcan a year and a half ago, I was unemployed, so I needed something cheap. I now have over 16,000 miles on the tire. I ride hard and dirty, even pull a camping trailer occasionally. The tread is gone, layers showing through where I had to lock up the brakes, and it still holds up . With out a doubt, I'm shopping for another Shinko.

Best value touring tire

Just swapped out a set of metzler me 880's with 4000 mis. on them only had 500 mis left and typical sawtooth wear on sides .4000 mi on shinko tire still has lots of life and no wear issues. slight balancing issue with front tire, for the price you can't go wrong. no more metzlers for me

Alan

Though our riding season is shorted by winter here in Western NY, I still manage 7000+ miles in a season. I can't judge the longevity of the tire yet, but will say I am very impressed with the wet traction, superior, in fact, to the OEM Dunlop. Dry roads and overall stickiness is excellent as is the ride. Shinko 777 is my new tire of choice.

Great Tire

Bought mine about a year ago, run Dunlops originally since 2004 however only could get about 7800 mi on a rear tire, So far this Shinko has lasted a little over 10K, big difference. I ride twisties and feel safe with the Shinko's on hard cornering (never felt that safe with the DunRocks). Overall this tire is very safe, long lasting and I am getting ready to buy my next one.

777 Shinko

Great tire, last one I got 11,500 miles, sure the threads were showing at that point but it still held air. Beats Dunlop hands down, I go into corners hot and have never felt that queasy feeling about it. Highly recommend this tire.

Shinko 777 Rear Tire

I have only put 500 miles so far but the miles came in a mix of wet and dry conditions. I am very pleased so far with everything.

Shinko 777 Rear Tire

This is my third Shinko tire. I've run the 712 and 230 Tour Master. So far I'm very pleased with this tires performance, I've only had it on the bike for a week now but if it gives me 25% more tread life than the previous two I'll be very happy. I've run Dunlop, Metzler, and Pirelli on my '92 ElectraGlide. I can get two Shinkos for the same money as one of those and comparable mileage.

Excellent

I purchased these front & rear on my 96 Electra Glide and am very happy with the 777. I ride mostly two up fully loaded in the Western NC mountains, and they are not easy miles and the 777 performs fantastic! Wet, dry, fast, slow, NO problems. Wear looks good too. And there is nowhere else than Motorcycle Superstore I would EVER buy another tire. These people are the best.

Good tires at a good price

Been riding for 56 years. Put a set on my 2004 HD 883 Sportster about 5,000 miles ago. I mount my own tires and these are fairly easy to mount. I like to stuff it into the corners and these tires are as good as any I've had. They're balanced well, hold the corners in wet or dry conditions, and seem to be wearing well. They've had no affect on my gas mileage.
