Nice Jacket

Ive had the Transition 2 for 7 years, the zipper is starting to stick when I unzip it. When I saw that the Transition 3 came out with HI-Vis yellow I decided to buy one, I was expecting the 3 to fit like the 2. To my surprise it fits a little tighter and the zipper sticks trying to zip it up. The fit difference might be that I have the shoulder armor and the back plate out of the 2, not sure. Other than the fit difference I like them both.

VERY NICE!

I bought this jacket expecting great things based on the other reviews I had read and I am not disappointed at all! Great fit and function and gives a real feeling of safety with built in armor. Rode home in 35 degrees F and wind with just a tshirt on under and was not cold. For the price you cannot go wrong. Only complaint I have is the pockets are not attached inside so when I take out my gloves the pockets turn out. Not a deal breaker but worth noting in my opinion.

GREAT VALUE

I have to agree with the other glowing reviews of this jacket! The attention to detail is amazing! A million pockets, great features, and nicely made. I only wish the Mandarin style collar was a bit taller. PS, about sizing I'm 160, 5"9, a 36 regular suit and 34 waist. I ordered a SM/40 and it has enough room for a micro fiber jacket and a vest, yet looks nice as a mesh jacket Check the sizing info, it seemed off to me, but proved correct.

Mostly good, but...

Overall pretty good but has some issues. The neck is very tall and bulky, while providing protection, it makes rotating the head difficult. The "jacket" liner was a bad idea, the collar does not stay up making the neck issue worse, and it catches on my watch. The jacket is long and tends to ride up, this pushes the smallish arm holes into the under arms. I had to get the neck Velcro fixed due to bad stitching and placement. Knowing all this, and having tried the competitors, I would still buy it.

Nice Jacket

The jacket looks really sharp and fits well. I got a large and I'm 6ft 185 Ibs. I got the red jacket to stand out to motorists. I like that it has a removable liner so that you can use it in summer and in colder weather. The only thing I don't like is the zipper is a bit of a pain to zip up. Other than that great jacket.

Great Jacket

This is my first riding jacket, but I tried on several different ones at dealers. I really like this jacket, especially for its price. The protection seems very good. With the liner in, the jacket is warm enough for any riding I'll ever do. In the lower 50's you can't even tell it's cold out. With the liner out and the vents open, there is plenty of airflow to keep you cool when it is in the upper 80's. There are pockets everywhere. The construction is great. Awesome jacket.
