Tourmaster Rincon, I love it!

This was a Christmas Gift from my daughter that she ordered for me after a few "subtle" hints I had "dropped" to her. I tried this jacket on in a store first and it fit like a glove and made me break a sweat in under a minute after trying it on...I knew right then it would keep me warm. The Rincon won't let a wisp of air inside once you adjust the belts and velcro straps, no matter how fast you're riding, and I ride a "naked bike." The jacket is extremely comfortable and well armored. I would recommend this winter jacket to my best friend! There's no doubt in my mind it's going to last me a long, long time. My last Tourmaster sure did, over twenty years!

The RINCON says ADVENTURE

The RINCON size Large fits like a glove, I'm 6'2 200lbs, (long arms) and it is perfect, the material it is made out of is sweet different than the 'plastic' look. Once you adjust all the straps it is tight and moves with you and the armour moves and looks normal - no air is getting in. I live in Portland, Oregon and ride a KLR650 year round. This jacket is me, it says ADVENTURE, and now I am looking into a second pair of Caliber pants. THANKS TOURMASTER!

rincon jacket

A very thoughtful development of a road jacket. Has everything going for it. Pockets, armor, fit adjustments for different weather conditions. Jacket didn't flap in the wind, but conformed to my body.

ricon jacket

I tried on the transition 2 jacket and it did not fit right. The Rincon jacket fits well and the oiled cotton fell is a nice feel better then that hard textile feel. Looks a whole lot better in person then in the picture. This jacket to me is a whole lot better of a purchase than the transition jacket and a better look. I'm 6'4 and 230lbs and I wear 2xl my arms are long the chest is a little big but over all jacket fits well and looks awesome on. I think this jacket misses a lot of sells because of the picture. I seen the jacket in a local shop and was impressed with the oiled cotton look, just looks like a high quality jacket instead of a cheap plastic look.

Excellent Jacket

Just like someone else already wrote "the photos don't do this jacket justice". So stop staring at the pictures and looking at that little "enlargement" window, because it won’t help. You'll just have to take our word for it. It's so much nicer in real life. You just have to see the actual fabric and you need to see on your body to know what I mean. Recently, I bought a Kathmandu jacket and if I had seen both of these jackets side by side, there is no way I'd have bought the Kathmandu. Anyway, as far as the fit goes, I bought the large and I was a little worried, because I already own a medium Transition and it still fits, slightly snug now. As it turns out. this one is only slightly larger than my medium so if you’re on the fence about the medium or the large, this large isn't as large as they say. I am 5-10 and weigh around 200 LBS. I usually wear a 42-44 and this fits perfect. So, it's an excellent jacket not only for the price, but for any price. Forget those retro jackets that are $300 and up, this one is great. By the way, I think it's better than the transition jacket. It certainly looks better. I am a Tourmaster fan for life. I only wish I had purchased this one 9 jackets ago...

Tour master rincon

Love this jacket on these 3 degree Celsius mornings. I can't even feel the wind except on my neck so I wear a balaclava and now it's great.

Can't say enough about this jacket: comfortable, warm, it's got it all, plenty of pockets to hold everything and looks good to.

Excellent jacket

This is my new favorite jacket (lots of pockets). It is well made and durable. I have already used it in the rain and temperatures down in the 20’s and stayed warm/dry during an hour commute. I read a previous review about using a balaclava because of the low collar, and he was right.

Tourmaster Rincon Jacket

So many details I didn't know from just looking at the pictures. Zippers, vents, inside pockets, adjustments to really get the jacket air tight or loose and airy. It is quite heavy but once on, feels great. Too warm for 80+ weather but I've worn it to drive to work in the 50 degree range (without the zipout liner) and it was great. Much more stylish like the older English motorcycle jackets and not like the motocross look popular today. I love it!

just like what everyone else said

Super warm, very comfy, fits great and protects you from the wind. True -- you need some type of scarf for neck protection. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Great Jacket

You can't beat this jacket for the money. I've been caught in some heavy downpours and stayed nice and dry. I have been in 30 degree weather, with only a t-shirt on underneath, and stayed warm. Lots of pockets, removable liner, and vents. It's great looking too! Wind can go down your neck if you don't have something covering, like a turtleneck or a balaclava. Money well spent.

What they said!

Everyone else said it all. Buy this jacket! Just rode to work, about 40 degrees and raining, all I had on underneath was a tee-shirt, and I was sweating! Popped a chest vent open for a little extra air-flow, and it was perfect! LOVE this jacket!
