Excellent Customer Service & Technical Support

I have spoken several times to both departments and have received exceptional help. I have enjoyed talking with them because they are very friendly.

One of the best

Overall fit and features are the best of the helmets I have worn, and I have been riding for over 40 years. Best new feature is the rubber seal between the visor and body, and the fog system works very well.

Love mine

This is my 1st Nolan and will not be my last. Love the fit and the features. Also had seller install new communications set up and it works great (My old set was over 20 years old) My favorite feature is the sun shield-works great PS I have a Gold Wing so the air flow noise others talk about is non-existent.

I like the helmet, I like the flip up feature. But at speed the helmet generates so much wind noise that it hurts.

Have had an N102 for a few years and love it. Thought I would step up to the N103 (concealed visor). Good quality helmet, great fit for me. Slight whistle that I don't get on the N102 and it seems heavier, but that may be my imagination. If you have a Nolan head, this is a great helmet and a great value from MSS.

I love the Nolan. It fit true to size and has plenty of padding. I bought the JM Elite headset made for the Nolan and it fit perfectly. The built in sun visor is nice but you still need sun glasses. I wish Nolan would keep making the pink helmet as there aren’t enough modular helmets for women.

NOLAN 103

I had a Nolan 102n for about 5years it was finally ready to replace and I was happy with it but thought the 103 with the internal sun visor would be nice. I'm very happy with the new one the internal sun visor is great! It remains bug free until I need it unlike the other which was up there on top of my helmet catching all the bugs, then when I needed it would be useless until I stopped and cleaned it!

Love the helmet, and the drop down visor which is a great feature. Love the flip up feature. But at speed the helmet generates so much wind noise, that it hurts. The back of the jaw pivots where they attach to the main part of the helmet, does not fit the gasket that keeps out the wind. Not a big gap, but enough to make it sound like a jet engine when I go over 45mph. I have to send it back to Nolan to get it fixed, and that money is coming out of MY pocket.

This is my third Nolan, this one is the best yet. It is a little tight but as the others hope it will break in just fine.

Comfortable, removable interior. Nice on hot days. Everything works well on the helmet. A little loud but I wear earplugs anyway. Well worth the money. No problems with price match from extremesupply ($295). Prefer to do business with superstore over others.

I had a Nolan 102 that was a perfect fit, it was medium. So when the 103 came out with all the new features, plus a perfect color to match my bike I ordered another medium. Wrong it was too small. So I sent it back and ordered a large. Tried wearing it for awhile but it still was too tight. Had to order another one, this time going for the XL. It would have been really nice if they would have kept the same shape on the inside as the 102.

Good flip-up helmet; best features and quality per dollar, somewhat loud but Nolan USA sells a "Noise Reducing" helmet liner if helmet fit not as sound proof as possible. Ratchet style chin strap makes getting good fit with easy/fast removal a synch. The "Cab Yellow" a great color match for my suit.

Helmet too heavy, sun visor will not stay up. Other than that nice helmet.

Not the best

Heavy, Sun Visor does not stay all the wy up, Noisy at speed with a whistle, Turn your head and the visor will fly open. The padding is comfortable, however when stacked up to my Shoei RF-1000 this this is primitive in nearly every way. I paid about 400 for mine about a year and a half ago (not from MSS). Should have bought the Shoei modular, the only reason I did not was I was intrigued about the NCOM system, turns out I never even installed it.

I bought this helmet hoping for the best of both worlds. I got neither. The features on the helmet are nice, when they work. The inside flip down visor broke, the front air vents broke, the helmet is hot and fogs easily. I did like the buckle and release on the chin guard. This is without a doubt the noisiest helmet I have ever worn. I took an 8400 mile trip to Alaska and I had to wear ear plugs or I would have gone deaf. Oh, and the main visor wouldn't close all the way and rain leaked down the inside of visor. It is also heavy.
