Vemar Jiano Bluetooth Super Helmet

I ride a Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic with a 21" Lexon detachable windshield, I have used a scala rider, but in comparison to the Jiano is like night and day, I couldn't hold a conversation passed 45mph, with the Jiano my wife and I were talking to eachother at 90mph clearly (on the highest setting) it could use a knotch or two higher. As you can see it may be that those who can't hear passed 55mph probably needs a taller windshield. I really liked the sun guard visor, it doesn't sit on your nose but covers all you need to see super great feature, the ratchet chin strap I love it, can put my helmet on with gloves whoo hoo...fit perfect but after 8 hours your jaw gets a little sore just stop talking...it will go away...battery life went over ten hours in use (and I am married to a Texan and they talk), just make sure you charge the helmet for at least 5 hours like it said as for me left it on the charger all night the first night about 9-10 hours...I'd buy another one in an heartbeat my wife enjoyed our ride to Montana from the coast of Washington connected all the way 501.2 miles one way close to 10 hours counting the stops...thank you Motorcycle-Superstore

Vemar Jiano Bluetooth Helment

I am overall pleased with the Helmet. Looks Great, Fits great, the sun visor is a great feature. The bluetooth technology works great. The helmet to helmet intercom link works great. You can actualy get about fifty feet from each other and it still stays linked up. I read about the concern of the volumn in the headsets. I believe it could go a little higher, but I still hear my wife just fine. She rides a Harley V-Rod with a wind shield and I ride an American Ironhorse (no windshield). Both of our exhausts are very loud. We have had no problems hearing one anothers voice or our music and phone in the headsets. I would recommend this to anyone who travels on their motorcycles for vacation, or even around town.

Very happy with my VEMAR Jiano Bluetooth Helmet

Out of the box, fit perfectly. Was on the borderline between medium and large so went with large. Charged overnight and then synced with I-phone. Everything worked perfectly. Very happy with phone, music, and volume operation. Will buy a second one for wife and daughters.

Blue Tooth Helmet

Helmet fits great. Inner sun shield is awesome for riding into sun. Bluetooth is noisy at high speeds, but a lot better than my previous experience with self installing Bluetooth units. Set up was easy and it automatically connects to my BlackBerry. Very impressive and has the "WOW" factor. I would defiantly buy this helmet again.

LOVE this Bluetooth JIANO helmet

Not too tight on cheeks, no tip or spin in high wind or bumpy roads. Very little wind noise. Bluetooth connected without issue and sound quality is excellent. No dropped calls, static or break up. Visor has no fog issue, no glare, easy up and down, and easy flip sunshade. Entire chin bar raises up with touch of a button. Clasp is slide and click with easy pull quick release.

Vermar Hemet

Purchase the Vemar helmet a few month ago and it is great. The fit and the look are amazing. A bit pricey but worth the extra money.

Very nice helmet

This is a very nice helmet. I purchased it for touring, when you want to stop frequently to talk or hydrate, so the flipface is handy. The internal visor is a great feature, and always stays clean behind the main visor. The bluetooth connected to my LG phone and Garmin Zumo easily. The only downside is the audio quality. Being stereo, I was hoping for audiophile sound quality......NOT! It is fine for voice, talking on phone, which I never do while riding, but I hope the next generation drastically upgrades the frequency response, top volume and background noise rejection of the bluetooth. The helmet fits much differently than my Shoei RF1000. It is much shorter in the back, and the cheek pads are much thicker, slightly squeezing my face. I will contact the company to see if they offer thinner ones. The price is fine considering the features and finish, and it was not much more than my other helmet.

Not a bad helmet

Used the helmet intercom function with husband. Cannot understand each other on highway going over 55 mph. It lets too much air in and makes it hard to hear. Music doesn't sound all that great either. But, the ability to link to my gps, mp3 player without wires is worth it. Won't be using it in cold weather though. It would be really cold. The built in sunglasses are awesome. For the most part happy with it. Just wish it blocked the wind from coming in from under the chin better. I think it would be a much better product then. Worth it for the price.

Vemar - Jiano Bluetooth Helmet

The helmet does do what it says it will do. Music listening is ok at speeds less than 75 mph, and communications helmet to helmet is great. The only thing I do not like is when I am listening to music you loose communication with your passenger. Phone operations are ok as well but once again not at highway speeds. Around town its great...

LOVE IT!!!!

Got this helmet today and had to choose XXS even though my head is M (57-58) this is why I put 3 for fit... But other than that, the helmet is perfect, it sits tide on my head, it is really comfortable and the internal sun visor is SUPER!!! I wouldn’t say it is noisy, just as my previous helmet (Akuma Helmet)...I am really pleased with this product. Will buy one more for my GF!! Best helmet I have owed so far...

Vemar bluetooth helmet

I think the helmet price with the Bluetooth versus without the Bluetooth is somewhat out of line. I did want the blue tooth already installed, so I paid the price. Not being well versed in technical stuff, I have yet been unable to pair the helmet with my Zumo 550. I have not yet asked for customer assistance. The 'Fit' is good except it is tight to the point of being fairly uncomfortable at the cheek area, but I am hoping that area will loosen up with more wear.

Used for more than a year then crashed.

This is the best helmet I have owned. It is very comfortable, one of the first that I didn't have to modify to fit my head and it has high quality interior materials. The flip up chinbar makes gas stops and stop light conversations easy and pleasant. The tinted flip down visor works perfectly; it's great for those all day rides that end up with those long afternoon shadows. I do not listen to music through the bluetooth. I have an Ipod with ER6i noise isolating earbuds for music and protection from wind noise. However, I can hear the phone ringing over the wind and music at 90 mph on my VFR. I pause the music, slow down and answer the phone if I want to. With a low windshield, 65 mph is tops for conversation. On my cruiser on a quiet rural highway I have used it for as long as 45 minutes. Although, generally I keep calls short while riding. The people I talk to say there is barely any background noise, but it does become more noticeable as speeds go up. The flip up style lends itself to a noisier helmet - ear protection is a must. My previous helmet was a Nolan N103 - the chinbar started to fall off after a year. This one is far better. My only complaint is that the helmet is quite large giving you a bobble head look and it is more difficult to fit into my VFR saddlebags.

Bluetoth Helmet

Unfortunately, I had to return the helmet. This is not the fault of the helmet but rather my head shape. I used the measurement guide provided and ordered the XXL size, the largest. However when it arrived it would hurt my head and not fit properly. People always told me that I had a big head and I didn't believe it. Now I know. I love the features and the design but if it doesn't fit, then what? I would like to say that the companies service was superb and I can only recommend doing business with them. Thank you for everything.

Order big!

First of all, everyone in my family has large heads and the size is primarily a front to back issue. We aren't deformed by any stretch of the imagination. I first ordered one large helmet thinking that if it didn't fit me it would fit my wife. It did not fit me and is a tight squeeze for her. So I ordered an XL for me and immediately it was too tight in the jaw muscles and at the top of the forehead. Over a longer trip, the jaw feels better though occasionally a little crampy. The pain on the forehead was caused by a combination of my having a natural bump where the bones join, and the helmet having a thick stitch joint in the fabric at the exact same point. After suffering through hundreds of miles of misery, I finally took my thumb and a small rounded object and slightly dented the styrofoam under the joint (slightly means about 1/8th of an inch.) Bingo, the problem was gone, never to return! Then preparing for a trip with my brother, I ordered an XXL. When it arrived at his house he immediately called an said it didn't fit - well, too make a long story short (too late!) we dented the same spot and the spot in the back where there is a snap at the base of it and presto the problem was solved! Now on to the blue tooth. On the same bike, it is great with no issues. If you are riding with a good wind screen you can hear fine. If you have a lot of wind hitting the helmet because you have a low screen or none at all, you will not be happy because, duh, the ambient decibels exceed the speaker capacity. With adequate wind protection it is fine. On separate bikes, you have to stay relatively close for it to be static free. Within 30 to 50 feet is more than adequate but you can still hear up to 100 feet but the static begins to overwhelm the speech. Only one of the two helmets can be synced to also answer the phone but for that one, the connection is amazing and no one can tell you are even on the phone. Your riding partner just hears a tone and the line go dead when you connect to answer the call and when the caller hangs up it automatically picks up the intercom again. My brother and I just did 1200 miles on separate bikes and were very pleased. Having the BT built in is a huge plus. The retrofits I have tried end up putting too much pressure on my ears and become painful. Bottom line, if you have a partner on the same bike or are going to be riding close to another bike and all have good wind protection, this helmet is a great option. If you don't have good wind protection nothing is going to work well anyway. I wish I had bought an XXL instead of an XL.

Best Bluetooth integrated helmet

This helmet is the most superior Bluetooth helmet out there. Stereo sound works ok but for some reason, all the Bluetooth helmets right now use pretty cheap speakers. If you don't have some type of windshield, don't expect to have very good sound quality over about 50mph. But for what's out there, this seems to be the best. Pairing and syncing is a breeze. Helmet itself is awesome. Cuts through the wind and the interior sun shield is worth its weight in gold.
