    LOVE this Bluetooth JIANO helmet

Not too tight on cheeks, no tip or spin in high wind or bumpy roads. Very little wind noise. Bluetooth connected without issue and sound quality is excellent. No dropped calls, static or break up. Visor has no fog issue, no glare, easy up and down, and easy flip sunshade. Entire chin bar raises up with touch of a button. Clasp is slide and click with easy pull quick release.

    Don't Buy

Plain and simple, the bluetooth sucks! I ride a 2007 Honda VTX 1300 that is completely stock with stock exhaust. I also have a 21" widshield. Despite all this I cannot hear what anyone is saying with the volume turned all the way up because this helmet is a wind tunnel! Loudest helmet I have ever had so forget about bluetooth. I tried to return and they would not let me.

    Bummer

Really wanted to be happy with my $500 dollar helmet. Fit and looked great. The shaded visor is blurry compared to a cheaper one that I've had and the mic stopped working shortly after purchasing. It won't sync with my new GPS either. A true disappointment!

Don't use it in the rain

All of the information here is true so I wont repeat it. I will say one thing if you ride everyday like I do and in all weather do not buy this helmet. It is the worst rain helmet I've ever had. It leaks behind the visor and you cannot see. Also the two helmets I've had, the bluetooth has worked great but after rain it has stopped working on both units. They are replacing them but what a pain to have to deal with.

    NOISY NOISY NOISY

I ordered this helmet 2 weeks ago. It fits well, is a great looking helmet, BUT I can't hear anybody on the phone due to massive air noise! I have a 22" windshield and still cannot hear due to speakers being too low or excessive wind noise even at 40 mph. Now I am told that the item is not refundable unless Vemar authorizes it.

Very happy with my VEMAR Jiano Bluetooth Helmet

Out of the box, fit perfectly. Was on the borderline between medium and large so went with large. Charged overnight and then synced with I-phone. Everything worked perfectly. Very happy with phone, music, and volume operation. Will buy a second one for wife and daughters.

This helmet works well on my GL1800. All the features work as they should and as described. One problem that I have had with any blue tooth device that I have owned is volume. Or should I say lack of it. It is functional behind the big windshield of my Wing but if you are on a motorcycle with less wind protection I think it would be very hard to hear music or phone with this helmet.

    Bluetooth never worked

Helmet was great but the Bluetooth never worked properly. Synced OK and that was it, no volume control, couldn't turn it off, buttons on side of helmet seemed to just stop working. Had to turn off Bluetooth on phone to disconnect from helmet. Then it never connected again.

    LOVE IT!!!!

Got this helmet today and had to choose XXS even though my head is M (57-58) this is why I put 3 for fit... But other than that, the helmet is perfect, it sits tide on my head, it is really comfortable and the internal sun visor is SUPER!!! I wouldn’t say it is noisy, just as my previous helmet (Akuma Helmet)...I am really pleased with this product. Will buy one more for my GF!! Best helmet I have owed so far...

    Vemar Jiano Bluetooth Helment

I am overall pleased with the Helmet. Looks Great, Fits great, the sun visor is a great feature. The bluetooth technology works great. The helmet to helmet intercom link works great. You can actualy get about fifty feet from each other and it still stays linked up. I read about the concern of the volumn in the headsets. I believe it could go a little higher, but I still hear my wife just fine. She rides a Harley V-Rod with a wind shield and I ride an American Ironhorse (no windshield). Both of our exhausts are very loud. We have had no problems hearing one anothers voice or our music and phone in the headsets. I would recommend this to anyone who travels on their motorcycles for vacation, or even around town.

Used for more than a year then crashed.

This is the best helmet I have owned. It is very comfortable, one of the first that I didn't have to modify to fit my head and it has high quality interior materials. The flip up chinbar makes gas stops and stop light conversations easy and pleasant. The tinted flip down visor works perfectly; it's great for those all day rides that end up with those long afternoon shadows. I do not listen to music through the bluetooth. I have an Ipod with ER6i noise isolating earbuds for music and protection from wind noise. However, I can hear the phone ringing over the wind and music at 90 mph on my VFR. I pause the music, slow down and answer the phone if I want to. With a low windshield, 65 mph is tops for conversation. On my cruiser on a quiet rural highway I have used it for as long as 45 minutes. Although, generally I keep calls short while riding. The people I talk to say there is barely any background noise, but it does become more noticeable as speeds go up. The flip up style lends itself to a noisier helmet - ear protection is a must. My previous helmet was a Nolan N103 - the chinbar started to fall off after a year. This one is far better. My only complaint is that the helmet is quite large giving you a bobble head look and it is more difficult to fit into my VFR saddlebags.

    Not worth it...

The Jiano is somewhat comfortable other than the cheek pads which are way too thick; something other reviewers have noted. The Bluetooth is a complete fail! You can’t switch between music and talking and if you're listening to music and want to talk you have to shut off the music player, shut off both helmets, and re-start the helmets before they'll reconnect. Once you can actually talk, it's difficult to hear--lots of static, breaking up, etc. Plus the volume doesn't go up nearly far enough. We both had to literally yell into the microphones loud enough that we might as well not have had a comm system. Speaking of the volume, listening to music was a joke. There's a disclaimer in the catalog that you can't expect good quality music from the speakers, and that's generally true. At highway speeds the music was more annoying than anything else. The Bluetooth was also not reliable switching between phone calls and the intercom function, and it had the annoying habit of re-setting the volume to the lowest level when switching back and forth. On the plus side the buttons were very easy to use with gloves on. The internal visor is great. Except for the cheek pads the internal fit was good. The helmet weight is not bad and the visor snaps into its detents well. Bottom line, for $1000 I expect two helmets that work perfectly--they don't so they're going back.

    Haven't had one that worked!

I enjoyed the helmet and the features. I wish I had bought one without the Bluetooth built in. The first one had problems with the speakers. Besides almost no volume. You could only hear treble. The second one the bluetooth didn't turn on after charging for 5 hours. Both were returned and I ended up buying a BlueAnt which is much better than what I received in the 2 helmets I returned.

    Best Bluetooth integrated helmet

This helmet is the most superior Bluetooth helmet out there. Stereo sound works ok but for some reason, all the Bluetooth helmets right now use pretty cheap speakers. If you don't have some type of windshield, don't expect to have very good sound quality over about 50mph. But for what's out there, this seems to be the best. Pairing and syncing is a breeze. Helmet itself is awesome. Cuts through the wind and the interior sun shield is worth its weight in gold.

500 dollar helmet, factory doesn't even bother to test them

I received my helmet today after a 7 day wait. I unboxed and charged it per the directions. Thing doesn't even turn on. You'd think for the asking price they would test before shipping it out. Be two-three weeks before I see my refund. Needless to say after this experience I’m not exchanging it. For that kind of money it should work right out of the box, period.
