Great tire!

I have this on my 96 cr250. I'm over 260lbs and this tire handles WELL! I have over 100 Miles on of granite and hard pack dirt, it looks good. I stay in the powerband now that my carb is adjusted. The only thing that will kill it is riding on granite rock hill climbs. YouTube or Instagram c755 I can post pictures.

A little narrow but it worked

I bought this for my Honda XR650L and probably should have purchased a wider version because at 120, it was pretty narrow on the bike. Not so much of a problem in dirt but not so great in sand. I have run two Hare Scrambles with it on the rear and it looks pretty much untouched for the most part.

Can't beat it for the price!

I was looking for an inexpensive tire that would still grab good and wear good. This tire does that and more. Would buy it again.

On my CRF250X

I don't think this tire is true round. I've had a devil of a time seating the bead, and the tire has a noticeable wump-wump-wump while being ridden.

C755

Like this tire partly for the price. Mostly for how well it works in all kinds of riding. Got four rides on the C755, shows little wear. I aired it down to ride some gnarly roots. When I checked the Press, once home the gauge read zero. Pretty stiff tire but with low pressure, 4, 5 or 6 it flexes enough to ride some pretty good and gnarly roots, rocks, loose stuff. I would buy another.

R&R costs and effects

I have to say I'm impressed, this tire is quite the buy. It's great in the area I ride in. It's real tough on the rocks n gravel, and the tread is exellent. Why I like it so much I'm buying one for the front wheel. I give it a 5 star thumbs up.

Will take lots of punishment

I run these 5.30/17 front and rear on my DR725 (yes, my front tire is huge). I like these and the Kenda copy (5.10) because they are tough and will handle lots of torque. My bike can kill a fair share of dirt tires in 1 ride due to the weight, torque and how I treat them. Plus, the stiff sidewalls pretty much rule out pinch flats and if you do get a puncture, they will get you back to town with 0psi. There are trade-offs of course, they sound like truck mudders on the street (who cares though) and the stiff sidewall make for a stiff ride. Don't hook up quite as well as the high $ tires, but then they aren't high $ tires.

Cheng Shin C755 Rear Tire

Very good tire for the soft terrain found in NW Florida. MUCH better than dual sport factory tire on my DR650. It is showing pretty good wear after only 2 rides, but I think it is from street riding. I noticed that it is easy to slide/spin on the street, so I have revised my riding style to be more conservative with the off-road tire when on the pavement. Slides very controllably during turns on fire roads.

Cheap but effective

Title says it all. Dirt bike tires wear out.

It wore out pretty fast

I've had this tire on my Crf450r for a couple months and the knobs have less than half life left in them. I will go with the Dunlop Hard terrain next time, this one didn't last long

This tire works better than it should.

I am cheap...but this tire is working better than it should on every surface except pavement. I did a 100 miles non-stop fast run in deep dune sand and then 100 miles in muddy Pacwest single track. Tire performed flawlessly and I was climbing hills I had no business climbing. For the money?? Great tire. But I have always had pretty good luck with Cheng Shins.

For the money, they are sweet.

I bought two of these rear tires and installed them on my drz400sm. Yes I know two rear tires.... they work pretty good actually. For 88 bucks shipped I have a dirt bike that gets around ok.
