For a Stage 1 it's all you need

If you're not going to make any engine modifications other than stage 1,don't pay extra for the features on a high-end model. Immediately noticed the difference in power, throttle response, and tone. Has the occasional backfire on deceleration on really cold days, tech support was helpful. Others noted fitment problems under the seat, mine fit perfectly between ECM and battery. Instructions easy after I figured out the ignition switch and run switch both had to be on. 20 minute installation.

Fuel Pak 2014

This product works great. I installed the unit the same day I was riding from Butte, MT to Red Lodge MT and up over the Bear Tooth Highway. This ride was 200 plus miles plus big changes in elevation. Rode from 5,000 feet to 11,000 feet and back. My bike never missed a beat the entire trip. Thank you Vance and Hines for a great product.

Vance & Hines FuelPak

The system works great. The directions were very easy to follow. From start to finish was about 45 minutes. Once you get the right values from the chart it was easy to enter them. Went on a short ride and could tell the difference in how the bike ran.

Very happy! Made my bike run a lot better. If you are looking for more power remember more power takes more gas, so more speed more gas.

Smokin Fatboy

After installation of V&H Big Radius, Screamin Eagle Heavy breather, and V&H Fuelpak to my 2009 Fatboy was a little dissapointed at start up. Bike did not run as expected, it was cutting out and had to push it home, lucky me. I reprogramed the values from the online web site and all hell broke lose very fast. Sounds great, looks great, ready for some great riding.

Do It Yourself

I purchased the fuel pack along with a set of Vance and Hines Softail True Duals for my 2012 Heritage Classic. Overall it is an easy install for any person basically just plug it in, program it by following the easy instructions, and ride. Only downfall I had was fitting all the wiring back under the seat but other than that I would recommend this product and buy it again if I ever trade in my bike.

Crunchtime

This product is working well with my 2007 Suzuki C50 Boulevard. It took a lot longer than 15 minutes to install but with 2 people we figured it out perfectly.

one bad product

My 03 Vrod runs like a nuclear powered rocket! It took me about 15 minutes to install and about 15 mins to program. My exhaust is a CFR 2 into 1 with a k&n air filter. I got rid of the inner air box cover to allow even more air flow, and man this baby launched me into orbit! Do yourself a favor, and pick one up!!

The Fuel Pack

I added this to my 07 Street Bob with the 1580 EVO engine. Along with the Vance and Hines Long Shots and a Big Sucker air filter. It took two experienced techs to get the wiring into the tight spots, but it was worth it in the end. My runs like a Sabre Jet. I am getting ready to do the same to my 2010 Road King. The Fuel Pack works great with Harley's.

Their right- "You need this"

'09 FXDC Installed the fuelpak today after 2 weeks of a K&N a/f and V&H straight shots with stock FI settings, they are right, you need the fuelpak. Took about a 50mi ride and the motor seemed more relaxed in a very energetic way. The throttle response is "eager to please" with a cooler running engine. The fit is tight, it took a couple of reads and re-re-re-watching the video to "get it" for the final location of the multi-pin connection. Most all of the wiring "in the way" will come out and lay on the frame to make room behind the CPU box. I also moved the fender wiring harness closer to the battery. Very pleased with this combo and the scooter super store for price and quick shipping!

Great product

Hey All, this is a great product. The reason I gave the unit a 3 for fit has nothing to do with the size of the fuelpak but where it had to install. I have a 2007 HD Nightster. The hardest part is making everything fit back together with the battery cover on. Install was simple! It was about a 7 minute install and an hour to make all wires and fuelpak fit. Response is great with stage 1, it does idle a bit higher but I've had no issue with it.

Vance & Hines fuel pack installation

The installation was tricky trying to fit the wiring harnesses in the small space above the battery. The cover on my sporty battery cover was tough to get back on and stay in place with plastic clips. I had to use a zip tie to hold the cover closed. It was very easy to program the values sent with the fuel pack and made my V&H pipes have the exact sound and performance I was looking for. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this fuel pack for all exhaust installs or fuel management. Great value!
