Great cover, I used a large on my 2008 bmw 800st, this is my second cover in 8 years, the only thing that I would change is labeling the cover front or rear my last cover had there logo on front faster to install, other than that great cover.

Nelson Rig Falcon Defender 2000

A great cover. Second one I have bought. The first one lasted 10 years. My bike sits under cover on my deck so while it has some protection it isn't like it's sitting in a garage. I have a 2009 R6 and the large fit perfect. I can't say enough good things about Motorcycle Superstore either.

Cover Lasts a Lifetime

I recently purchased a new motorcycle and because I had been using the same Nelson-Rigg Defender 2000 cover on my old bike and it is still going strong after 14 1/2 years, I wanted no other cover. I purchased the same cover in a larger size to fit my new motorcycle. Strange thing was, I had kept my receipt from my previous cover for the lifetime warranty and when I compared prices, it was the same price as the cover from over 14 years ago. This cover has been improved in the area of the vents as they are not plastic now, but the same great quality is present. I did remove the bungees from the cover as they have a tendency to hang up while putting it on, but they are meant to be removable and you can still replace them in the eyelets if there are super strong winds. IMO, this is the best cover going and I would recommend it to everyone.

Nelson Rigg Falcon Defender Cover

Very good cover for the money. North GA weather is hot&sunny to cold&rainy, with ice&snow mixed in. The cover really takes a beating since I can't always have the bike in the garage. This isn't my first one and won't be my last!

Nelson rigg defender2000 motorcycle cover

I ordered the extra large so it covers my 800 Vulcan well. Glad I didn't just get the large. The advertisement says it is lined so not to scratch paint or windshield. It is not completely lined. Contacted where I purchased from and they contacted manufacturer. Place of purchase got back to me and asked if it was lined at the windshield. At that point I just said they should change their advertising to state exactly what it is lined with. I'll just use a soft blanket and then the cover. It does look like it's well constructed and keep water out but wasn't what I was expecting...

Could have been larger.

...and I ordered a large. Still fits but the bottom of my wheels are still exposed. And who doesn't lock their steering when they park their bike? DUH! Ya know, that right rear view mirror sticks up kind of higher than the rest of the bike!

Excellent quality

This is a really nice cover for the price. Had to exchange a medium for a large to fit my bike (Kawasaki Versys). With the side luggage I could probably move up to an xxl. Otherwise it fits well around the windshield and mirrors and hugs the bike so there are no saggy spots to collect water. Nice carrying bag included to keep it compact for storage.

Good cover, does the job.

This cover is so waterproof that condensation forms on bike in humid, rainy weather.

Defender cover

I bought this for a Harley XL883 low, the fit on this bike is tight and I bought the large which is what was recommended. I do wish that I had went with an XL because when I change out the seat and have a sissy bar on it I do not think it will go all the way down on the back. I like that it has the soft material inside to keep from scratching and the bungy cords on the bottom. It is a great cover and worth every penny. I just recommend going with a size bigger than the chart that they have.

Good cover

Have a 2011 Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster and ordered an XL. It fit perfect- a little tight on the saddle bags but fits. It seems well made and can put it on while the bike is still hot which is a plus.

Excellent cover. I have 2- one for my sport and one for my cruiser and I keep the bikes outside and have had no problems as they are waterproof as it says.

Outstanding Product

Waterproof as advertised. Durable yet easy to install. I use it 5 days/week at work. Stays on in very windy conditions 30 plus mph all day. No chafing of paint or scratching windscreen. I use it on my brand new Goldwing and am very happy with the protection it provides as I reside in a hostile North Texas climate.
