This product line it's a colander

I thought I made a great purchase after testing this jacket and matching pants in light rain. Then I got caught in heavy downpours twice in 3 weeks and got home drenched, both lower and upper body. This product sucks in serious weather.

I'm Satisfied

The description says that it's sized to fit over a riding jacket, but I found that the large didn't work over my large riding jacket and had to switch to an XL. The large was just a tad too small, and the XL is just a tad too big, but isn't that the way it always goes? Used it in several downpours in Colorado, and it kept me dry.

Sentinel Jacket

I purchased this jacket as a replacement for a lighter weight that was inadequate for riding. The Sentinel kept me dry on a 12 day trip to Florida (11 days with rain). Even with overspray from interstate traffic, I stayed dry. Highly recommended.

better than Sentinel pants

The jacket kept me more dry than the pants but there was some water that got through. Rain wear is upoosed to keep you dry not almost. I am going to return them.

Jacket

This is my 2nd Sentinel and I'd buy another one if something happens to this one. I commute year round in Seattle so I know a thing or two about rain riding. Good fit around the wrists and neck, and excellent water resistance. As others have said buy a size larger than you think, I have a XL over my L jacket and the fit is good.

Tourmaster Sentinel Rain Jacket

Is lightweight, fits well over my riding gear and the hood keeps the rain from running down the neck. You can't beat it for the price.

Excellent Rain Jacket

This is my second Sentinel Rain Jacket. I had the first one for 4 years and 55,000 miles. It was excellent in all respects. It finally began to leak in the arms after many wearings. It lasted through multiple torrential storms without any leaks. The yellow jacket provided excellent visibility in storms.

Good quality rain jacket

This jacket does what I bought it for, keeps you dry! I got one size larger, as recommended by someone at M.S. Fits well over my bike jacket, but is a bit puffy in the back. I like that it folds up into an internal pouch. Seems well made, & I would recommend it.

Rain Jacket

Looking forward to wearing it, not really because I hate riding all day in the rain, but do and like to be dry and comfortable.

Sentinel Rain Jacket

Great jacket for the price. Good night-time visibilty, plenty of pockets and fits well over my riding jacket. Works well as a cool weather windbreaker also. Pleased with the purchase and am content with most Motorcycle Superstore purchases...guys, what happened to the nice magazines you guys use to send with orders???????

Nice jacket for the price.

I do my best to not ride when there's a decent chance of rain. I keep this in my saddle bag just in case though. The few times I have gotten caught in the rain, the jacket performed perfectly. As a 'just in case' jacket, this one is perfect. You might want to look at something a bit more durable if you expect to spend a good amount of time in the rain. For me, the jacket fit pretty well. It was a bit loose for my taste, but that leaves plenty of room for extra layers if you need em.

Poor quality material

After wearing no more than a dozen times the Sentinal jacket it began to soak rather than repel water. Tour Master suggested cleaning and treating with Nik Wax. The lining of the jacket is a thin suit lining and simply shredded in the gentle cycle. All of the seam tape inside the jacket fell off. Tour Master would not respond to my emails about the jacket. Great looks, great features, poor materials. Not worth the price.
