The Diablo Rosso II has proven very reliable for mixed street riding in all weather (hottest summer to snow flurries), rain, and everything in between. I'm at 5k miles and I'm getting close to the wear bars, but this has been the best all-rounder I've had on the bike. Good value for the money, great performance and decent longevity.

I rode these tires last year on my CBR1000rr. Can't tell you how many times I got hot in the corner with these things and they stuck to the pavement like glue. Tread life isn't great though. Put 3k miles on them last year when they were brand new and I am going to have to replace them to start this season.

If you want to keep it on two wheels these are the tires for you! Sure they only last 3-4000 miles but that's whats expected from a performance tire, I recommend And will buy again till something better comes along.

    Great for daily riding.

I'm a daily rider and the tire has decent traction as soon as you start riding but once it's warmed up the traction is just phenomenal. Not really long lasting on the track though.

2000 miles and the belts are showing... disappointed!

I mounted Rosso II's on my Buell Firebolt and love the performance. Grip, corner better than any tire I have ran. They are a race tire for the street. Unfortunately the tread life is worse than a race tire. With just under 2000 miles the center belt is showing. Old Pirelli's I wore the sides of the tire out before the center. There is no excuse for a tire to wear this fast unless it has been abused or misaligned and it has not.

I am happy that Pirelli made this tire for my CBR250R. I had tons of fun at the track and had no issues on overheating the tires. They offered great stability from lap 1 until lap 8. You won't be disappointed!

Best tire I ever rode on in every way except for tread life. Great feedback at every lean angle. No track use, only brisk street riding. Ducati Monster 1100 Evo.

Very sticky tire. Of course, sacrifices have to be made in terms of tread life in order to acquire that level of traction. But for the amount of grip you get, I think that 7000 miles is plenty. I was caught out in the only big rainstorm in L.A. this year while riding my Monster, and I never had one issue. Both front and rear tires held the road nicely, be it in a corner, a turn at an intersection, or on an off/on ramp.

Got a front (110) and rear (14) set to replace the stock IRC Roadwinner tires on a 2012 Ninja 250. The Diablo Rosso II are much better. These Street Sport provide a smoother ride, better road feedback, and greater traction than the IRC Touring rides. The tradeoff is that the Pirellis won't last as long because of the softer rubber compound.

Used new (matching front & rear) tires on my SV650S at Infineon (aka Sonoma or Sears Point) Raceway for the California Superbike School. Great cornering, traction and stability in turns & esses (70-90 range) and straights around 100-110. Still only have about 300 miles on them but treads looked good after one track day. No experience yet in the wet.
