The RS II's are great all-around tires for sport touring. I have 5300 miles on the set. Front looks almost new. Rear is flat spotted on the center track about 1-1/2 inches wide, but it is what I would expect for 5300 miles in Mobile. Wet traction is second to none. Deep lean angles in the corners are no problem and traction is great. Stability is good and turn-in is light and predictable. They track well through a corner holding a true line with no tip-in tendencies.

Changed from Diablos on my GSXR to a pair of these after doing lots of reading on decent tires for the long wet and cold Vancouver winter. Done 1,000 km on them so far and WOW what a difference. So much more stability in wet and slippery conditions. They don't track at all over grooves in the road, and where as my old Pirellis used to let you know about every line or overbanding you came across, these Dunlops cruise over them with no charge in course or feedback. They really are incredible.

With still under 500 miles on these tires, they seem to be a good choice for the ST1300. Very stable while in a straight line, maybe not as confidence-inspiring as I would prefer when leaned over. Nothing in the rain yet, and tread life yet to be seen. So far so good.

No issues - front isn't bothered at all by grooved pavement and in the light shower recently, there were no surprises. Of course, it's too early to comment on tread life but I expect them to wear at least as well (hopefully better) than the original Roadsmarts.

The road smart 2 feels great in the corners and on dry pavement. I feel very confident and stable as i did with the road smart 1. That's why i went with the RS2's hoping to get just a little more if i can. I can't speak about wet conditions or tread life simply because i only have clocked about 200 miles on them and who know when it will rain around here.

The Dunlop rep at the Chicago motorcycle show back said these were designed with the Hayabusa in mind due to its weight. I purchased a set and I was surprised. They stick like glue when corning. I put on 2500 miles so far and they looks as if new. I actually can feel the V of the tire when cornering and coming back to the upright position. I can't rate wet conditions, haven't driven in the rain as of yet. But do blow your money on other tires that last 2-3K.

Excellent tire so far. Just got back from a West Virginia trip on my R1200RT. 1200 miles, in and out of rain every day on some Awesome mountain roads. Tire works flawlessly wet or dry! Light, precise steering and confidence inspiring to ride on on any surface. 2000 miles so far, wear is minimal so far. My new Favorite Tire !!!

I would recommend this tire to anyone with either a sport bike or sport touring bike. I am running the set front and back on my CBR929RR and they are a great tire, almost just as sticky as a regular sport tire but much more stable with the profile I find. Great set up for anyone who rides all the time in all-weather situations such as I do.

Loved the first generation road smarts. Second generation road smart makes alot of noise. Sounds like nobbies.
