You will need an air compressor to put them on. They are thin and very grippy -so you know when the front tire is pushing...lots of road feel...the downside is on long rides your hands can take some punishment as shock absorption is minimal...these grips do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Great grips really sticky just what I needed for my old gsxr. (89). the bikes as old as me and it’s great. Don’t know how these soft grips will hold up but if I get one season with grip like this I’ll be happy and buy again.

They are really thin feeling on the bar , so there isn't much dampening for your hands , but these are for trackdays, not touring out to Lake Meade! However, when safety wiring them, be careful as it can rip or poke a hole into the grips. For a streetbike though, with the proper glue, you shouldn't need to safety wire them. They do wear at a noticeable rate if you ride hard/ alot. I think this is the trade off for a soft, grippy material.

A great improvement over the stock grips for a very small investment. My only gripe is the same as everyone else'. Why are the soft one's light grey???
Nice. Sticky. Comfortable.

No problems with these grips (I purchased the medium compound). Have about 300 miles on them and they are great. Highly recommended. A lot of folks complain about the grey but I like the color and think it looks good with my blue bike. Having said that, a black version for everyone else would make sense...

I purchased the firm grip version bc it states that they are black. I thought these were the grips I was looking for until I got them onto my black handlebars and realized that they're DARK GREY, not BLACK as described. Be forewarned, these do not come in a true black but rather a dark grey which Renthal refers to as black. The grips seem fine (especially for the price) and I probably would have been happy with them but none of it matters if I can't use them.

Allow for great feel of the bike without having to grip the bars nearly at all. I don't feel like I have to grip the throttle with a death grip for fear of losing "traction". And for the price, you can't beat 'em!

Best track grips I've found. Love the feel but not the color. Wish color was black not light gray.
