Easy install, very good sound

Works great bike to bike, paired with my GPS, and cell phone. Delivers stereo sound. I normally wear earplugs and with this set up, volume loud, I can use the stereo, GPS, and phone functions at 70 MPH on a Versys. Worth every penny.

I could not figure out how to install this device for the life of me. The accompanying instructions were terrible. I watched a number of YouTube videos and they did not help. Thank you for having a great return policy.

Easy to install and link together but battery life is short for day trips and volumn is to low. I am going to try a different brand.

I use this product mostly to listen to music and take an occasional phone call. It has served me well for the month i have used it. Only complaint, similar to other reviews, is the battery life is too short but tolerable. You just have to remember to charge it periodically if you want to keep listening to your tunes :)

This is very easy to use and install. The only downside to the unit is the level of sound. I know this is not up to chatterbox to make it louder because of the law but if you are thinking of getting it works well on side streets and anything above 50-65 I can hear, but not that well and anything above 65mph its impossible for me to hear over the wind, keep in mind I have a yamaha FZ8 naked with no windscreen so with one I would think this product would work well during any conditions.

Intermittent signal, dropped signal, static laden sound quality. Autodial when connecting to select phones, and Chatterbox claims that it isn't their doing.
wish I could return it!

This unit is terrible, the connection is always in and out while listening to music from cell. Not loud enough to really hear your phone calls. The only thing that does work is talking to the other passenger. Even when you hook up iPod or other mp3 player the connection goes in and out for the passenger. In short don't waste your money. The scalar rider is a much better blue tooth communication device.
Not worth the money

I was really excited to try this Bluetooth, but after using it, I was very disappointed. At speeds of 10-40mph, the music is simply just background noise. At speeds higher than that, the music is not heard. Phone calls are next to impossible. The person on the other end can hear me fine, but I can hardly hear them. I wish I'd never bought this item because I bought it from elsewhere, and the seller won't take returns. Total waste of money.

Good product. There have been issues with these and cell phones. I do not use it in that way ..so no issues for me. The microphone was an issue. I put on chin curtains in our helmets (my wife and I use chatter box for our communications) along with a homemade windsock over the microphone (used the covers off a pair of ipod ear buds) and now our system is great ! No more wind noise. If you are serious about a communication system this is one of the best. I would suggest putting it on a very high end helmet that has a chin curtain (cloth piece that extends from front of helmet, back under your chin to your neck) and look into the microphone that comes with the system you are buying. Make sure you get a wind sock with it. HJC Helmets has a modular model that Chatterbox has exclusively made a system for. It would be worth checking out.
Not as good as I expecting or hoping

I found there to be an irritating echo and the sound quality was rather tinny. The units seemed to not have enough volume control. Units had to be at full volume at all times just to be able to hear the other person. At speed greater then 35 mph communication was next to impossible.
