Great product, was almost impossible to hold and turn regular filter on my bike. I only wonder why other filter makers don't add the wrench hex.

This filter fit right on my Honda 750 Shadow. The chrome plating is well done and goes right with the other chrome on the bike. I really like the built in nut on the end for installing and removing the filter with ease. I chose the more expensive AVAILABLE filter because of K&Ns fine reputation for quality and durability.

Love the K&N's cut the bottom out of a 16oz plastic milk bottle cowl it with a paper towel slip over oil filter put a 17mm w/ 6 in extention thru the small pour hole bring it all off at one time. Minimal spill/drip (Pre-drain oil) Best way to change hog oil!!!Here's a free one. Cut a 2X4inch rectangle on one "side" below handle, but 3 inches away from pour spout of a antifreeze jug (laying on it's side) this is the best bike oil catch.

An oil filter is an oil filter... true, but I have NEVER seen one with a Socket. I couldn't find my strap wrench anywhere and it was too late to hit up O'Riley's... So I used the old hammer screw driver trick to get the old stock Kawi one off. However I was a little concerned about how I would get this new one on there. IT HAS A SOCKET ON THE END. I think all filters should have this. It makes for EASY install and removal. Best oil filer PERIOD.

I use the Same filter, in chrome, on both my Harleys - they look great and make the job of off and on much simpler than trying to manage a filter wrench in a tight space. Add the benefit of K&Ns trusted performance - can't go wrong!

My first year owning a motorcycle, thought I tried learning how to do basic maintenance on it. Why not change oil and filter since I change them for my car. The filter is a quality one according to a Kawasaki mechanic at a local shop and fits just fine on my Versys.

Easy to install, all you need is a socket and wrench and away you go. Someone needs to invent a way to take off the old filter without the old oil spilling all over your pipes. Other than it's a good filter and it shines nice.
