I put this on my 01' R1 and I love it, my bike didn't come with one, and I will never ride without one now. I can ride on the highway with one hand and change lanes like I have both hands on the bars! And I feel safer too!

This is my first stabilizer, so I don't have any comparisons. I chose the GPR because that's what my mechanic said I should get. It looks good, and works well. It's very easy to adjust, even on the fly. I haven't had the first hint of tank slap since.
