The pants have many features and are quality pants. However as other posts state they do run smaller than your normal pant waist size...much smaller. Look at getting at least two sizes up in the waist. Even then they are intended to be a tighter fitting pant.
Very good

These pants made for cold weather. I went in them for a test-ride in 26F for an hour and didn't feel any cold at all even while wearing just boxers under them. I'm 5'6 28-29 inseam 30-32 waist, and 32/short was just perfect. The only minus is they're a bit "noisy" when youre walking, due to the material structure, but something I can live with giving the good fit and comfort.
Great buy! Very pleased!

I'm 5'5" with a 28" inseam, usually wear a size 18-20 in woman's jeans, I went with a size 40 short pant and they fit perfect with the liner in! I even had an extra room to add homemade hip pads. The adjustable knee armor and removable liner were the deciding factor for me. I wear these pants for my daily commute to work (45 degree mornings with rain 90% of the time) and stay warm and dry with only long johns underneath. I am very pleased with these pants! Definitely recommend them.
Good bye

Bought these pants based on reviews and pricing. They keep me warm, but when taking them off ripped one of the clips that secures the liner to the ankle area. Should be an easy fix. Would recommend them.
Good for moderate cold

Bought these for fall dual sport ride in CO/UT. Stayed warm in snowy high mountain passes. Liner out for warmer high desert. Would have liked some zippered vents. Really like the slimmer fit (but I have skinny legs so might not be so good for others).

Inside liner torn/separated at the crotch - left pocket seam busted, hole in pocket. Poor build quality. Seamstress repairs cost nearly $50.

Great long ride pants. The styling is good. Good protection. I am 5'10" 220 lbs and these pants fit comfortably after I chose to go up 1 size from the guide. I removed the inner liner and wore bicycle shorts under for a 800 mile trip. Fantastic protection but too warm to wear if over 75 degrees. They should be nice and warm with the liner in, come winter time.

I am a tall, skinny dude - usually wear size 30x32 jeans. I tried these pants in both 30 regular (too short) and 32 tall (too big in the waist, but wearable). Wish they made a 30 tall. As others have said, these are not overpants, but with some long underwear and the included liner, they're very warm. Would buy again.
