Keeps me warm on most days, and is water tight as far as I can tell. However, at the cross-seam on the thigh, I can feel the air go through at 50mph or more, and when it's cold, this get's a little uncomfortable. I am happy with this investment. I use the pant every day I ride in the cold.
Nearly perfect for commuting / frequent rain gear

They're a bit short on the length - I got the XL-Long and wish they were another inch longer. I have a 34" inseam and the pants ride up to my ankles while riding. "Waist sizes are Euro" = "fat Americans should stop lying to themselves". Go one size up for comfort, and to make sure you can wear these over regular pants. I wear size 34 or 36 pants and tape-measured myself at 37.5" around the navel; I could button shut the Large but it was too tight on the hips/thighs. XL-Long fits very well.

I ordered using the size chart. I was on the border between two sizes, so I went with the larger size. When they arrived they were way too tight so I returned them. I was disappointed because they appeared to be of high quality. After the hassle of the original order and then having to take them to the post office to return I decided not to reorder the next size up.

Bought the short version and it fit perfectly for me. I am 5'10" and 160lbs btw. Looks stylish and comfortable even with the temperature in the 40s. Overall, a very good riding pant and would highly recommend.

Fit comfortably and are very useful for commuting to work where all I need is a little warmth and protection. Able to leave sides unzipped in the afternoons when it gets warm. Not a whole lot of protection but I wouldn't be able to get out of the ones with more when I get to work.
