I commute year round in the Pacific NW and during the winter the temperature is typically between 2 and 10 deg Celsius and raining. These pants are amazing! Wearing only the pants with both liners I never feel cold and never get wet. They seem to be completely weather proof without being bulky and uncomfortable.
They do tend to fit on the "slim" side, so I went with one size larger than I normally would get.
