Ordered this product and the zipper broke after I had tried it on 2 times. I took the jacket back to get the zipper fixed or a new jacket. The merchant called me and told me they couldn't even get Teknic on the phone! Their website is down and there's a recording if you try to call them. Maybe their products use to work. But this one definitely has substandard components. Looks like they are no longer in business. Definitely avoid this brand if you value your safety.

Have had the jacket for a full season, fits great and looks fantastic. Zipper had some issues a couple weeks ago. The jacket would zip up but not stay closed. Took it to a tailor to fix, apparently it was the zipper puller that was at fault. $12 and it's good as new.
This jacket has been tested.

I purchased this jacket and fell in love with the way it fit me. The elbow protection is great as well as the back padding.

I love this jacket. I waited for this to come in when I first bought my bike. This jacket can get a little warm when sitting, however, when moving, air moves through very well. I use leather conditioner when cleaning, I hope to get many rides with this jacket, not to mention it looks awesome.

I purchased the pants & jacket for a 3,750 mile trip through the back roads of CA, OR, & WA. on a BMW K1300S. Temps low 40- mid 90. I'm 5'11 195+. I bought pants 36 & jacket 48. Pants & jacket arms could be 1-2" longer but it was not an issue. I had room to comfortably wear my Gerbing liners. I was comfortable and confident & had no issues.

I like the fit of the Jacket but 3 of my zippers including the main one broke off and threading came loose within 3 weeks . I was very upset because I dont ride that often and I had to spend an extra 75 dollars to install heavy duty zippers to the jacket. But because it fit so well I didnt want to get rid of it.

I bought this jacket and noticed immediately that the main zipper closure seemed very "small and weak", it was also on the left side of the jacket like on women's clothing. It broke after the second day. I sent it back, no issues and received a new jacket with same exact issue. Zipper closure broke after 2 days. I took it to an alterations place and had a new heavy duty zipper sewn in. Cost me $65.00 because it is a big zipper and is in leather.
What a great jacket!!!

I was pretty leery of buying a jacket online and not being able to try it on. However, Teknic's sizing chart was fairly accurate. I would suggest sizing up one size if you're like me; very long torso and long arms. Great ventilation for warm days, makes you look like a rockstar, and smells reallllll good. Definitely worth the money, considering it's not even that expensive.

Fits great, very comfortable. Good ventilation, currently riding in mid 90 degree weather and while moving I stay very cool. Another note is the jacket does not feel bulky like some can. I would highly recommend to buy.
Better have full length gloves

The sleeves of this jacket are absurdly short. I'd guess 2” short. I'm 5'8”, 180lb, broad shoulders and thick chest, wear a size 42 suit, and bought a size 42 jacket. The jacket is a little loose everywhere but the back. A 40 would have fit skin tight like it should, but the arms would be even worse! I bought the jacket for the perforations, I dig the Power Ranger look, and the price. I also bought the matching pants. The decorative FAKE AB MUSCLES BLOCK AIR FLOW. The jacket is still perf'd all the way around, so it doesn't flow poorly.
The sleeves are short you should consider buying a different jacket. Even with my gauntlet length gloves, the sleeves wouldn't always cover skin around my lower arm / upper wrist. I believe the goat leather used in this jacket is inferior (and cheaper) to cow leather, which helps it meet this low price point.
