We bought two of these helmets, one for me and one for my husband. Unfortunately after the first use they were basically useless. The sound was poor inside the helmet communication back and forth has been virtually impossible. Today I was able to talk to my husband while he rode his and he could hear me, but I was unable to hear anything back from him. These were definitely a disappointing purchase.

My first BT helmet and I am blown away! It has a lack of bass like everyone says, but the sound is more than enough. This helmet and Pandora is the bomb. I'm glad I took the chance on this one. Don't listen to the bad reviews- this helmet is worth more than it costs.

I bought two of these from MCSS so my GF and I could stay in touch on rides on our separate bikes. The site promises 450m on helmet to helmet connectivity, but it is really only about 100-200 feet. Still, there is some utility in this limited distance, so I will keep them.
It is what it is... a mid-range BT helmet

I've been using this helmet for the last year and a half and I'm happy with the results. I don't talk much on the phone while riding because I just don't like it... but it works well if you pull over like anyone with a brain should know talking on the phone while riding is a bad idea. For use with music it's great, I wear foam ear plugs like you find at home depot whenever I ride and it's loud enough you can enjoy it without blocking out anything you may need to.

This is a solid helmet but it does run a little small. The bluetooth is ok but has an incredibly short range. I haven't had a chance to try out the intercom features but if it works anything like the bluetooth you are going to be saying what a lot. I would buy this product again because its not that bad...just not that great but for the price its a steal.

Yep - I got this helmet because of the Bluetooth option, and it simply didn't work O.k- connection with my iPhone for music - forget it - all you her is a Mono noise in the back...as phone itself - people calling me could hear me perfect - but I could not hear them at all. I called Superstore to see if there was a problem and they told me to return it - so I did!

The first tirade I had just quit working because of a defect in the circuitry. Called motorcycle superstore and they honored the warranty even though it was well past the 60 day mark. Estimated time for a replacement would have taken 6-8 weeks. Fortunately the O'Neal distribution building was only 30 minutes away. I had an awesome girl by the name of sarah(drop dead gorgeous)at O'Neal help me out and the next day after speaking to her on the phone I had a brand new out of the box tirade helmet!

THIS HELMET IS SMALL. BE SURE TO ORDER ONE SIZE LARGER THAN NORMAL. IT IS ALSO HEAVY. I RETURNED MINE AND WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT A MORE EXPENSIVE SNELL/DOT HELMET. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

First helmet had to have Bluetooth. The radio was a perk. Only complaint is the static but that comes with the territory. Cruising around great. Freeways: make sure your lid is down. And the clear visor is not worth it in the sunlight. Also very easy to connect to iPhone. Chin protection was another perk. Overall great lid

This helmet works great I purchased 2 and when riding at 50mph below it is crystal clear over that speed you really dont wanna talk so i havent tested it but it is a great helmet
