I have owned a shoei helmet in the past and never had any problems with it. Now 16yrs later I just purchased a RF1100 and it fits nice and has a good airflow through the helmet. The check pads are tight on my face but in due time they will break in. As far as the shipping goes I ordered it May 6 around 9pm and it was on my door step the morning of the 8th. Fast shipping and great customer service.

Can't go wrong with this one. Comfort is better than my old Arai, although the Arai would have been a better race helmet. Air flow is good, noise is not bad, even with the vents open it's still acceptable. One of the best choices today.

The chin part of the helmet blocks line of sight to the rear view mirrors on the bike. Same issue when visor is opened in minimum position to reduce fogging. Visor fogs quickly in cold weather. Noise level is no different than in much cheaper Scorpion helmet.

Realy didnt want to spend the money but how much is your head worth to you? All I can say is this helmet fits great, true to size. The lining and features are great. I am going to really enjoy this helmet, ride safe.

Riding with this helmet for 3 years and have never looked back. Fit is perfect and helmet is very comfortable. Have the smoked visor and use both clear and smoked (night/day). Easy to remove pads for washing. Air flow is perfect.

Was interested initially in the Bell RS-1 but I tried it on a store and it squeezed my head in the wrong places so badly that I got an instant headache. Tried the Shoei RF-1100 on next and it was like heaven on my head. Went back home and ordered it from Motorcycle Superstore. So glad I did. I love this helmet. GREAT fit. Really good airflow. Looks rad in matte black. Ordered the tinted visor and I feel like a dope ninja riding around. Get this helmet and be happy.
