I bought my Shark Evoline in the middle of May. It took a little while to get the fit adjusted, but when I did I loved it.
I just ordered its replacement, the same brand, same model and same color. Well worth every penny!
Nice Helmet -- Could Use Better Execution

Great looking and fitting helmet. Cheek pads are too tight for head size. Chin bar latch could work better. Otherwise, very nice lid. Love the face and sun shield operation.

Over all good helmet. Really like the flip-up to 3/4 appearance of the helmet. Mechanism is tough to get to work. Hopefully it will loosen up a bit?
Very Quiet Modular Helmet
May 24, 2010(Fremont, CA)
Have a a KBC and several Zox modulars and this one is the most quietest. My main thing was looking for a quiet modular helmet and I think I found one of the best. I heard the Shoei Modular is very quiet but about $150 more. The flip up feature is awesome. Love it in Open face mode on nice warmer days. The only issue I see is it does feel more rear heavy when in the open mode since it adds more weight on the back of the helmet. For the Price it is such a great deal.

This helmet is perfect! Love the ability to change to open face or full face. Very comfy in both positions.
Not worth it

Not worth the money end of story. It's too hot. Water leaks in when it rains. Fogs up. The helmet is not worth the 350 bucks. If it was in the $200 price range it would have been better. I'm already looking to get rid of it.
A fine helmet, very versatile

Pros: Very versatile-use in all seasons and conditions. Removable pads allow use of in-helmet microphone/earpiece. Cons: Pricey. More wind noise than a conventional helmet. Looks too futuristic. Sun visor does not extend far enough down.
Visibility not as good as an open-faced, closed-chin helmet.
This may be the best helmet I have purchased...

Light and functional, fit was a little large so I bought a medium instead of my usual large. 500 miles into this so far and comfort. I love the flip up 3/4 on the fly idea, great for those back roads when you take it slow and want to take it all in. Great for the money you will not be disappointed.
Shark Evoline Helmet

I have used a Schuberth flip front helmet for several years and have loved the internal sun shade, flip front and other features. Unfortunately, Schuberth's are not really being sold, or supported in the US so I started looking for a new helmet with similar features and found the Shark Evo. I must say that after 2 months I am even more satisfied with the Eve then with my old helmet. The visor can flip all the way back to allow the helmet to be used as a 3/4 and this is great in hot city traffic. The Sun shade worked well and provides good protection while allowing a clear view of the instruments, not always possible with a full face and dark shield. The fit is good, although better for rounder heads, mine is a little more oval and I've had to work out one pressure spot but that was easy and now the helmet fits well and is very comfortable. I highly recommend the Shark Evoline and the service from Motorcycle Superstore has always been great.
Great first impression, but so great in the long term

When I first got the Evoline, I was super impressed. As I have used it, some of the glamor has disappeared.
In both jet (up) and full face (down) the helmet performs perfectly at low speeds. It is great to be able to ride with the helmet up in traffic.
