Purchased these primarily for trackdays and summer riding, to replace my Alpinestars GP Pro's, which only managed to last 2.5 seasons of trackdays--padding broke down under knuckles, rubbing the skin on top of my knuckles in a very painful way. On to the Jerez gloves: very nice and supple right out of the packaging. Excellent for racing and trackdays. A touch on the expensive side, but when you are riding at the limit at a racetrack doing acrobatics on your bike, the last thing that you want to be bothered with is uncomfortable gloves with no feel. The only criticism would be the metal sliders scratch very easily! I mean you breathe on them the wrong way and they will be scratched. Worth every dollar for performance on the track and street.
