No fault of MCSS, I ordered a size 11, just like my hiking boots, which, if anything are 1/2 size too big. The Sidis were painfully tight, as in at least a full shoe size too small. And very very stiff. I clomped around the house with them on hoping to get used to them without getting them dirty and finally had to take them off and send them back. Honestly I don't think I could operate the motorcycle with them on. Besides that I need to be able to get off and walk around ocassionally and these are not designed for walking at all. After sending them back I am re-thinking the whole style of boot I really need. I wanted them because of the heavy armor...
After my last lowside I'm a huge Sidi fan, they protected my feet 100% and are still my go-to street shoe. These fit true to size and the fit/finish is fantastic at this price point. Highly recommended!
I've had these boots for two years now and they are absolutely bombproof. My riding is about 50/50 only because I have to ride some pavement to get to the dirt. They provide excellent support, they fit well and are comfortable. My feet haven't gotten wet in rain, mud holes or creek crossings plus they have held up extremely well and as a bonus they've quit squeaking.
Ive had these for 5 yrs and 40000 miles. Probably wear the sole out first but who cares , really dont hike in them . Fit great, dry . Been down once on pavement with them , only a bruised shin no broken bones. It is a good idea to have the buckles on hand as they do wear out I'm on my third set , though i was responsible for the damage on acouple .
