Order Status Explanations
Approved -
The credit card has been verified and the order has been approved.
Authorization Approved -
The authorization of funds for this order has been approved by your credit card company. An authorization simply means that the funds have been verified but the credit card has not yet been charged. Motorcycle Superstore will only charge your credit card when the item(s) ship to you.
Authorization Unapproved -
Your bank has declined the credit card. The most common reason a credit card is declined is due to an incorrect expiration date and/or incorrect card number. However, you may want to contact your bank to make sure necessary funds are available. Contact Motorcycle Superstore customer service by calling 877-668-6872 - then press #1. Please do not place a duplicate order online.
Backorder -
An item(s) you ordered is currently on backorder and unavailable. If an available release date is provided by the factory, it will be provided on your order status. If the release date changes, we will update you via email. Remember that the release date is the expected date that the factory will ship the item(s) to Motorcycle Superstore. It will take a few more days for us to receive the item(s) and ship it to you.
Cancelled -
The order has been cancelled either by the customer or by Motorcycle Superstore.
Cancelled for Fraud -
The order has been cancelled because the credit card has been identified as fraudulent.
Capture Approved -
The funds have been captured from the credit card and the order is being sent to the warehouse to be boxed and shipped to you. Once the item(s) are at this stage we are unable to cancel or change the order.
Capture Unapproved -
Your bank has declined the credit card. The most common reason a credit card is declined is due to an incorrect expiration date and/or incorrect card number. Contact Customer -

Did Not Ship -
The item was not included in the original shipment to the customer. A replacement has been ordered.
Finalized -
The order has been shipped and is complete and final.
Fulfillment in Process -
Your order is currently in the fulfillment process. The item(s) is/are being shipped to Motorcycle Superstore from the factory. It normally takes 2-5 business days before the order will ship to you. At that time, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.
Lost in Shipping -
The item was shipped by Motorcycle Superstore but the package is lost by the carrier en route to the customer. Please contact Motorcycle Superstore to learn more on the status - 877-668-6872 - then press #1.
Misspick -
The incorrect item was shipped to the customer. The return/exchange process is under way.
Ready for Shipping -
The item(s) are boxed, labeled and awaiting pick-up by the shipping carrier. Once the item(s) are at this stage we are unable to cancel or change the order.
Return in Process -
We are awaiting the arrival of the item(s) being returned by you for either a refund to your credit card or an exchange on a different item(s). When we receive the shipment, we will process your return as quickly as possible.
Return Rejected -
The returned item did not meet the requirements listed under Motorcycle Superstore policies. This item has been refused by Motorcycle Superstore and will be returned to the customer.
Returned -
Motorcycle Superstore has received and accepted the item for return/exchange. Your exchange or credit is in process.
RMA Warranty -
The item has been shipped to Motorcycle Superstore for warranty/defect return.
Shipped -
Your item(s) has shipped. If you have not already received the package, it may still be in transit. You can find your tracking number in
Your Account
or in the email that was sent when the package was shipped.
Waiting Approval -
Motorcycle Superstore has not yet authorized funds on your credit card for this order. When we receive a credit card authorization, your order will move to the next stage. This is the first step in order processing and DOES NOT mean that your credit card has been declined. At this time, there is no reason for you to contact Motorcycle Superstore regarding this order status.
Waiting on RMA -
Motorcycle Superstore is awaiting the return/exchange item from the customer.
Warranty in Process -
The item has been shipped to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. Motorcycle Superstore will notify the customer when the manufacturer makes their determination of the warranty claim.
