I have a vintage 1978 R100/7 that had some fugly chrome rectangular mirrors on it and the majority of the rest of the bike is black (wheels, tank, fender, bars, most of the engine, etc). Not only were the old mirrors too tall (bike has a bikini fairing, cafe style) but they bounced around. The old school tube mirrors were perfect. Very good optics, they don't bounce around, they're pretty low profile, and they're black. Great bang for the buck. Very happy with the purchase.

Riding one day and had a slip out in a corner, bike did a speed wobble and I lost control and almost fell off, bashing the underside of my chin on the mirror and this was enough to break the mirror right at the ball where it swivels. I guess its good that it wasn't stronger, however my chin making contact with it was enough to snap it with ease. Buying again anyways due to price - they're practically disposable and work great otherwise.

Happily Impressed. Mirrors are heavy and solid like the VTX 1800 they went on. Shipping was fast and cheap. That is what is best about Motorcycle Superstore. Products ship fast and you are not gouged. Mirrors installed and adjusted within minutes. Much better that the Kuryakyn they are replacing! Large field of view with no vibration. Great mirror for a great price.

It works great, I don't have a lot space on my handle bars, so this mirror mount work out well.

The clamps broke as soon as they were tightened, rendering them useless. Super cheap metal. Motorcycle superstore only offered me a 50% discount on a set of replacements. Don't waste your time and money with this product or with this company.

Put them on my ultra glide, just another safety tool, to see more. The price, lower than I thought it would be, and the free shipping was great. Seeing more is as important as loud pipes!!
