Address Verification

To ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activity, all orders must pass through our verification process. To help minimize delays please review the following prior to order checkout:

• The billing name, address and zip code used must match what your credit card company has on file for you.
• If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address please contact your credit card company and add the ship to address as an alternate on your account. Orders which ship to the billing address tend to process faster.

• Orders placed using PayPal’s eCheck service will be held for a minimum of 3-5 business days or until PayPal notifies Motorcycle Superstore funds have cleared your bank.
