My big foot measures 13.5" US. I bought size 14/49 US/Euro. They fit me perfectly. They are easy on and off. They are very well ventilated. I suggest wearing long, over the calf socks because the top of the boot does not have a collar like some types of boots do, so in the sport bike riding position, the back of your calf will get rubbed a lot and become sore. Long socks take care of that.

Pretty nice boots, only thing I disliked was there was a random screw in the bottom of the right boot (noticed it when I tried it on and stepped on it). I couldn't find where exactly it came from so I just assumed it was accidentally manufactured into the boot. Other than that these boots are true to size, I wear a size 11 and fitting was spot on.

The boots fit well and were comfortable. The Velcro fit well and did not come loose during the race. The inner lining system did not work, but it did not have any negative effect. This boot is a great deal and wirth the purchase.

Update: Took a few weeks before they were broken in, but afterwards they fit nicely; +1 star for fit. Durability -1 star, because after about 8 months of 4day/wk use the interior is worn where my heel rubs against the top of the heel "cup" when putting on and taking off the boots. Exterior and sole are still looking decent; except for the shifting area, and a little wear at the sole heels. I didn't expect to be looking for a 2nd pair of riding shoes until at least 2 full years of use.

I wear a 13 and this boot barely fits. I've had a few rides on it, but it hasn't broken in just yet. My first Latigo gloves had the threads come out the first time I made a fist. Similarly, these boots are about the same quality. The boots are completely asymmetrical. The left one has velcro showing after I strap it down while the right one straps well past the velcro pad. The fit doesn’t match, and no other boots I've had in the past had this issue. After this I think I am done with Cortech.
