great boot, runs big

I wear a 12, so I ordered a 12. I should've ordered an 11. I think a lot of the material is a leatherette, which won't stick to the whole "5% stretch" rule so it kinda just keeps growing. Order a half or full size smaller, worst case you just exchange for proper fit.

Would not buy again

I wear a 13 and this boot barely fits. I've had a few rides on it, but it hasn't broken in just yet. My first Latigo gloves had the threads come out the first time I made a fist. Similarly, these boots are about the same quality. The boots are completely asymmetrical. The left one has velcro showing after I strap it down while the right one straps well past the velcro pad. The fit doesn’t match, and no other boots I've had in the past had this issue. After this I think I am done with Cortech.

Should have listened...

Liked the look of these shoes but was skeptical due to the reviews about quality. Sure enough, after only TWO short rides, the stitching at the tops of the lacing reinforcement on both shoes started coming undone. Will continue wearing but don't expect them to last very long. Next time I will spend the $100 on some doc martins.
