Horrible to warranty. Frayed 8 months down the road with installation described in note on product. Company did not warranty item, as per warranty manager John Mullins

Purchased this clutch cable for a 600 and 8 months down the road cable began to fray and will fail soon enough prematurely. Cable cost 26 dollars with shipping, and company did not warranty it. I spoke with the manager John Mullins and he was no help and began to lecture as this could be a lesson. I would not recommend this company to any buyer. Use someone else. And get a much better product with an existant warranty.

The cable is not exactly like the stock cable. Cable fittings are different, but I was able to make it work.

07 R1 Motion Pro Clutch Cable

It's a clutch cable. Nothing overly special about it. But it fits perfect and does the job. I've had it on about a month (roughly 1000 miles) so can't say anything about how long they last. But I have nothing to complain about either, thus far.

What can I say?

It's a clutch cable. It works, it fits. They do wear out over time (the lead ball on the handlebar end usually lets go), but last about 2 years for me. I ordered a spare this time, so I don't have to wait when this one eventually dies. I'll be sure to take it with me on any long trips too.

Cable Eater

The motion pro clutch cables work fine. My DR350S eats cables for some reason. I buy these two at a time. Seem to last one year per cable on my bike with regular maintenance.

As long as you lube it it will last as long as any other clutch cable. WD-40 it's my best friend

Nice Service.

I called to order new adjusters because the cable they sent is about 1-1/2 inches too long in the core of the cable. I've had this bike for sometime now and had this problem before. I'm machining an adapter to take up more slack so the adjusters in the handlebars can do their job correctly. I spoke with a sales person on the phone he told me this was the correct cable but I remember I had this problem before maybe 3-4 years ago.

clutch cable broke prematurely

the cable and brackets fit my bike to factory spec, but the cable frayed and came out of end ball after only about 25 hours of easy riding.
